Our day trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was truly unforgettable, made all the more special thanks to our incredible guide, Tom. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised. We were picked up right on time from our hotel, and throughout the day, we were kept informed of what to expect at each stage. Tom was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always attentive. He supported us from the moment we boarded the bus until we returned safely to our hotel in the evening. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and happy, and his passion for the area really shone through. Ha Long Bay itself is breathtaking, and having someone like Tom guiding us through the experience made it even more memorable. This trip is absolutely worth it—an experience that will stay with me forever. Highly recommended!

It's very crowded, very much a tourist attraction, opportunities to purchase items at every turn, even down at the borrower of the cave

It was well planned. Good cruise experience. Enjoyed the pit stop at the caves...would recommend The journey to and from the harbour to Hanoi took longer than expected and hence, tour started early and ended very late
