Worth money paid. Strongly recommended, all as was esplained in tour. Tour guide Ken really open hearted and smart guy, with good jokes and advices.

This was an amazing day and I loved it! The customer service I experience leading up to the trip was excellent and while in a unique situation, they were very accommodating, understanding, and helpful! And then the day of the trip was outstanding as well! This is a great opportunity for those that are staying in Hanoi and dong have time to do an entire trip/ a couple of days in Ha Long bay. It was perfect and we really did everything I would’ve done had I spent a few days here. Thank you so much for everything!

This tour was amazing!! Well worth the travels. So many activities to do, amazing food, and views! Our tour guide and coordinator were very good at communicating and very helpful. Brian was great at communicating and meeting our needs with travels and dietary restrictions! He was very fun and entertaining throughout the tour experience. He catered to each guest and was very descriptive throughout the tour!

great experience. very smooth pickup, no confusion at all. all staff on board were absolutely lovely and genuine! our tour guide jack was a very fun tour guide to follow around and had a great sense of humour. would recommend!
