Due to the currents and tides, as well as waste from other places flowing into Ha Long Bay, sometimes you will see garbage in Ha Long Bay. The government, local people, tourism companies... are making efforts every day to clean Ha Long Bay.
Ha Long Bay is Vietnam’s top destination and it is often crowded every day, special in summer and weekends. However, we always ensure smooth logistics and top-quality service for your best experience.
Plastic water bottles are provided for free on the bus. However, please do not bring plastic bottles when checking in to the Ha Long Bay cruise, as they are not allowed on board.

Sunny, the guide was super nice! Explained everything, gave us the important information and cares for us during the trip. Overall well organised! The only thing I would say is that the bus was really uncomfortable 😣. I have done several day tours in Hanoi and the buses were way more comfortable than this one.

I had a great day in ha long bay with our guide sunny. Pickup was easy, and the bus was very comfortable, including charging ports and foot rests. There was plenty of lunch foods, but it's not the most amazing tasting meal, just fill up as you don't get back to the city until 9pm and it's only another light snack between then. Drinks on the boat are a little pricey, but it's a given since they have a monopoly. You cannot take single use plastic water bottles on the boat, only reusable ones, but there's no where on the boat to fill it up with filtered water. Water on the boat costs $25k for a 300ml can. The trip to the cave, island and kayaking are great, I would of loved more time on the island to hike + swim, but they prioritise having more time on the boat for the sunset party instead. People warned me that there's a lot of people/boats around the bay and it's very crowded on the islands. And it is, but it's a great day trip anyway, regardless of the crowds. Overall it was a great day trip if you want to get out of Hanoi for the day and see the coast.
