Such a wonderful day trip! Austin did an amazing job telling us the about the history of Halong Bay. He was hilarious and energetic throughout the whole day. He made sure we were taken care of and didn’t need anything. There were multiple activities that you could do or you could relax in the boat. The bay is breathtaking and you feel transported into another world. If you go-definitely get Austin as your guide!
Dont ever take this crise. also take only buffet lunch

The food was not at all up to mark. Not even a single water bottle was provided in ship. Everything was chargeable. Almost 20-25% booking came from indians and bulk from koreans also. But food was not provided as per their taste. Fully oily stuff. Also food was served at the table not buffet. Disadvantage was that we were served only 1 plate french fries among a table of 6 people and one small plate of fruits. When we asked for replenishment, they refuse to do so. Rude behavior. Also at the time of booking they confirmed our pickup if it is in nereby area but they refused to pickup. Instead they give us the advice to take taxi and come whole the way to halong bay by ourself, for which we had already paid for. Very rude behavior of the whole crew. Also a menu was sent by ivy for which was written that they will be serving us with cakes also, which they wont. Altogether a very bitter experience.
