What To Expect

Hai Van Pass

07:00 – 7:30 am: Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel reception in Hoi An and collect visitors in Da Nang from 08:00 – 08:30 am. Start your journey to Hue by crossing one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world, the Hai Van Pass or the Hai Van Tunnel. You will have 30 minutes to stop at the peak and 5-10 minutes to take photos at Lap An Lagoon, which is the highlight of the beautiful view of Lang Co beach.

Beautiful tour, took all day but worth it Good guide. Wholehearted and passionate for his work. I would do it again. BTW consider staying at Hue at night, as i started at 07:00 from Hoi An and returned at 19:00

Visiting the Hue Imperial City was a highlight of my trip, and having Josh as our guide made it even better. He explained the history of the Nguyen Dynasty in a clear and engaging way, helping us understand not just the buildings, but also the rituals and daily life of the imperial court. Josh paced the tour very well, leaving enough time to explore, take photos, and ask questions without feeling rushed. His knowledge and calm, professional guiding style really enhanced the experience. I highly recommend touring the Hue Imperial City with Josh if you want a deeper and more meaningful visit.
