The Sunrise Tour offers guests an opportunity of a lifetime to view the sunrise from atop Haleakala. The tour is an exciting and informative guided vehicle tour of Haleakala National Park and the Upcountry area. Our NAI Certified Interpretive Guides will share with our guests the thrilling Culture and History of Maui along the way. Once inside Haleakala National Park, our interpretive guides will explore themes such as the unique Geology and Ecology of the surrounding area. After sunrise, guests will have an opportunity to visit the historic towns of Makawao and Pa’ia.

5.0This was an amazing tour with my husband and worth the early morning wake up for the incredible sunrise. Corey (our guide) was very knowledgeable and entertaining and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this activity when in Maui!

5.0Beautiful sunrise at Haleakala summit plus some stargazing before arriving. Our guide Corey was able to keep us awake (pick up 0230am) and provided useful information.
Weather was unpredictable but had fun anyway.

5.0We got hit with weather and couldn’t see the sunrise, but our guide, Corey, made the tour fun anyway. We stopped before to stargaze and I saw the most stars I’ve ever seen! Though I didn’t get much of a sunrise, the experience was worth it.

5.0This trip started extremely early. We stopped on the way to the national park to star gaze. Watching the sunrise 10,000 feet above sea level was amazing! Our driver was very knowledgeable about the history and land.

5.0Corey did a great job at keeping us awake and excited for the morning! He shared great information and history of Haleakala and ensured each and every one of us had a great experience. The bus was clean and comfortable, and they gave us water/jackets to keep us healthy and warm.
