Meet your friendly tour guide at Piazzale Montelungo Bus Terminal. Piazzale Montelungo is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station. Grab a seat on the comfortable coach bus, and prepare to depart! During your journey to the Chianti wine region, your guide will dive into fascinating facts and information regarding the history of wine production and Gallo Nero (Black rooster). The drive will take about 40 minutes

4.00This trip was beautiful! The wineries were gorgeous, wine was delicious, and the winery spokeswomen were so kind and informative. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bus driving gave many of us motion sickness— the bus was stick shift and the ride was very jerky.

5.00Amazing experience. Me and my cousin (24 & 26) went and it was phenomenal. We went to 2 wineries / farms, the first was a small local operation with goats (great cheese) and local Italian wines. The second was a higher end, phenomenal experience. I don’t even like wine, but I can’t even say that anymore. It was truly a great experience. The guide, Lucia, was PHENOMENAL. She said there are 10-12 wineries they rotate through, and all offer something unique and amazing.

5.00Lucia was a wonderful tour guide. We visited two different wineries, one was a small, family run vineyard with goats (and goats cheese included in the tasting) and the other was more commercial. An enjoyable, well-priced afternoon.

5.00It was an excellent time! They did a great job showing two vineyards on the opposite end of the spectrum. One was more family style where we went went directly to their house while the other tour featured a higher end/ more expensive vineyard. Both were truly amazing experiences!
