Lin was a delightful and thoughtful guide on our tour of Hangzhou. It was interesting to hear about the history and the stories of these key sites as well as learn more about the culture (both past and present). She tailored the tour to our needs and interests and was flexible with last minute changes/requests during the tour. She also helped me get some tea and silk shopping done at my request. I’m so glad she was with me as I would have struggled to communicate what I was looking for on my own. My father and I really enjoyed our time with Lin. We highly recommend her.

We really enjoyed our flexible tour. Excellent communication prior to tour and the driver and Wenwen our guide were both terrific. Very much enjoyed Hangzhou having seen the sights on the tour.

Where do I even start… everything was absolutely perfect about this tour. Lin made the day so special. She not only taught me so much about Hangzhou and the stops we made, but also about China and its rich history. I’ve made a friend in Lin and I’m so grateful for that. As for the places, make sure you stop at Green Tea for lunch. The food is amazing! This is a tour I’ll remember forever and I’m so excited to share the knowledge and insights that I gained from today.
Top 3 in Hangzhou with Wenwen is a win!

This Half-Day Flexible Private Hangzhou Highlight Tour is perfect for us because my husband and I were only in town for a couple of days and we were travelling with our 7 year old daughter, so we wanted something more relaxed and flexible. Our local tour guide Wenwen was very knowledgeable and kind. With her over 20 years of experience, she shared a wealth of information about the places we chose to visit: Lingyin Temple, West Lake and Hefang Street. And being a mother herself, Wenwen was very accommodating of the needs of my 7 year old daughter who was with us in the tour like stopping by snack and toy shops. We especially appreciated the local restaurant she took us to for dinner—she recommended popular local cuisine that she and her family enjoy so we enjoyed it too. Mr. Guo was our private car driver and he was a very good and safe driver. Having a private car made travelling to the different places very convenient and comfortable especially with a child in tow. Highly-recommended tour!

Excellent tour - was able to accommodate us on short notice and within time constraints. Tina was a 5-star guide who was enthusiastic about Hangzhou and crafted an itinerary according to our preferences, while making sure we did not miss anything of interest. Would recommend 100%.
