Wat Plai Laem
Wat Plai Leam beautiful temple characterized by architecture that blends Buddhism and Chinese culture. Inside the temple, there is a large golden Buddha statue and a multi-armed statue of Guanyin, symbolizing compassion and empathy.
Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai)

5.00Great day out covering the sites. We saw temples, look outs and waterfall. Also added in the elephant option which I highly recommend doing. Toto our driver kept us hydrated with ice cold water and refreshing cool wipes! Our guide Ice had great English and her knowledge of the sites was good too! Recommend the coconut ice cream at grandfather rocks Yum!!

5.00Loved it! Thought I’d be in the van all the time but at every stop we had 20 mins or so to see everything properly on foot. Sunny and Mr Wit the driver were ace, smashed it. Kind and friendly and Sunny was articulate, funny, knowledgeable and a great story teller. Highly recommend to get a flavour of Koh Samui and how it is to live there.
Good but the last stop of the tour is a waste of time

3.00Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable van, and nice way to see lots of sites in Samui. The elephant visit was our favorite so don’t skimp on that option! I took off two stars because of the waterfall stop. We drove out to a remote location to see a “famous waterfall” that they knew was dried up and had no water coming down due to the rainy season. They took us to the site, showed us a video of the waterfall on the guide’s phone, and then kept us there for 20 or so minutes for us to shop with local vendors set up next to the waterfall. It felt like a waste or our time and a tourist trap. I wish they would have cancelled that part of the tour and given us that time back in our day (which was maybe a 1-1.5 hrs with driving time). Personally if we could go back and do this day over again, I would have booked a different tour that didn’t include the waterfall stop.

5.00Incredible half day trip with Yai and Mr Chin (car 3)! Yai provides educational commentary during the tour to provide context for all the sites you’re visiting! Very convenient with pick-up and drop-off at hotel, as well as cool AC and water in the van. Loved talking with Yai about his life in Thailand and all his favorite spots/recommendations. Smaller tour size which makes the tour more intimate and enjoyable. No additional admission fees outside of the fee paid at booking. Would 100% recommend this trip to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

5.00A really relaxt and nice morning tour. Yai is energetic and you can ask him anything. Nay is very hospitable and makes sure you have enough water and feel comfy well driving or waiting with the heat.

3.00This review score isn’t a reflection on the staff but more on the itinerary and they can’t make great locations if there are none! I’m glad we did the tour & especially taking the air con 1/2 day option. The locations are ‘ok’ but once you have seen a temple / Buddha you have seen the lot! Note if you go in the dry season there is no water in the waterfall ! The elephants near the waterfall didn’t seem to pappy ( cared for?) but I am no elephant trainer. Glad we ticked the boxes & pretty cheap. Do it if u have nothing else to do

5.00Very interesting and varied tour. Pleasant ride and not too big a group. The highlight for us was the Elephant Sanctuary. Our guide Ant was great and could tell us a lot about the sights, but also gave otherwise good tips about Koh Samui.
