Hirosaki Castle
Hirosaki Castle(320JPY/Person) Feudal period Japanese Castle Hirosaki Castle. One of the 12 castles remained from feudal era. From mid to late April, this casle area is one of the best cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan. There is a cafe you can enjoy apple pies and coffee. Near the Hirosaki castle park a Japanese restaurant serves nice local Japanese food that I recommend. Including the time from Hirosaki to Aomori by local train.

The Tsugaru-han Neputa Village and how these beautiful gigantic floats are constructed and history behind them. The amazing skilled Shamisen performancer was stunning. Combined with our guide Tomio's help we learned the vast historical, political and culture of Hirosaki from the castle, Saumari life, their housing, according to rank and the vast agricultural importance of Tsugaru culture of Hirosaki/ Aomori to Japan.
