Terrible tour group

1.0We were in the terminal at 1 pm for a 1:15 tour. Went to change into our bathing suits and they left without us. Front desk operations was terrible. We use Viator All The time. No refund. No apology. Do not book this tour

5.0It was a wonderful excursion. Rene, Mikey and the other crew (sorry don’t remember his name) were excellent. Rene was especially helpful for my husband who has some mobility issues. She went above and beyond what she needed to, to make this experience the best it could be

5.0We were both quite apprehensive (i also can't swim) but once we got going we absolutely loved it and want to go out for a full day now! I used a life jacket so that made me feel safe to. Best experience, we highly recommend it!!
