Itaipu Refugio Biologico

Accompanied by our expert local guide, the first part of the tour is taken in a walk through the protection unit, a space created to preserve the fauna and flora during the formation of the reservoir of the Plant, a refuge habitat of about 50 species of animals like jaguars, quati, alligators, king vultures and snakes, and more than 960 types of plants.
