What To Expect
Hoi An Parish Church
My contact is +84935334871 Our accredited guide will meet you at the Confucius temple and will accompany you up to Hoi An Parish Church where we can taste the first dish is Bánh Căn - a little savory Vietnamese pancakes are made with a thin rice flour batter. They are cooked on outdoor grills which are equipped with a specialized terracotta bánh căn mold. The mixture is poured into the mold, and the pancake is then topped with quail egg and flavored with pickles and herbs.
The second stop is a big challenge for adventurer. It is an optional try. We are going to let you try the Balut (Embryo Duck Egg) - is a fertilized egg that has been kept warm for around two weeks until the fetus is partially developed, then it’s boiled and eaten in the same way you would a ‘normal’ chicken egg.

5.00I could not have asked for a better local guide than Win. He reached out before the tour to clarify dietary restrictions and arrived early on the day of the tour. He was knowledgeable and very passionate about sharing the stories of the city. The food places that he brought us to were well thought through, delicious and memorable. I would strongly recommend Win’e services anytime.

5.00We are from Australia and it was our first time visiting Vietnam and thanks to Huy we had a great time in Hoi An. We were recommended to lots of great local food and took a lot of great pictures since he knew all the best spots. Huy accompanied us for the Da Nang and Hue tours as well and he really looked after us. If you need anything just ask for he’s advice. We would definitely recommend his service for anyone just visiting the Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue area.
