5.00Tour was great 1/2 day trip from Taipei. Chouly was great she knew what a lot about what we were looking at was approachable and shared a lot of insights into Taiwanese culture. Teahiuse at the end of the tour had great views as well would highly recommend!

5.00Booked this tour w Viator and it was perfect as a half day trip! Our driver/guide Tokuyo was great! Very good English and full of knowledge. Not only about the sights we visited, but in general about Taiwan culture and history the whole car ride. Made for a great time. We strategically booked for 130p departure from our Taipei Zhongshan hotel so that we arrived at Jiufen in time for Sunset and when the red lanterns turned on. Main goal of the booking was to see Jiufen at night w the lanterns and Tokuyo knew the best spots for the "Spirited Away" photos! Lastly, although initially I was only mildly interested in the Shifen Waterfall and hot air lantetn release, both were great experiences! Highly recommend this tour. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Tokuyo!
