  the cathedral next to Pisa leaning tower is quite impressive both in and out. Tour guide did she was supposed to do-gave clear instruction where to meet for pickup. Could ask for a bit more information on how to get admission tickets to various building admission.

  Booked this as a cruise excursion from Livorno. Our cruise line had very limited tours as the ship docked late in the morning and this was my best option. This tour company is excellent as I had called them earlier to confirm pick up location and they were quite helpful. The guide Sabrina made the tour fun and she was quite helpful in getting us to the Pisa Tower Access area. We had limited time and Sabrina asked everyone if we wanted to take auto/tourist train transport rather than walk for 20 minutes which was convenient. In addition the tour bus dropped us off next to our ship rather than dropping us off at center of Livorno where we would have to get cruise line bus transfer. Tour was very well co-ordinated and experience was wonderful with a thoughtful tour guide.

  Alice was the best tour guide we have ever had. She explained everything and answered questions with a great knowledge. Very pleasant and kind. Truly loved her job and it showed. Learned a lot.

  Initially there was a little uncertainty about where to find our tour guide because the meeting site was vaguely indicated as " near the shuttle bus dropping place". It would be better if the tour guide had a visible sign in that busy plazza. Both the bus ride to and from Pisa were very comfortable. Our tour guide Sebrina was funny and clear at delivering the tour agenda on the bus, she also told jokes, sang songs through the bus ride. Everything went smoothly with our acivities: climbing the leaning tour and visiting the Cathedral. Unfortunatly we had not enough time to visit the town of Pisa.

  Guides and coach were great but the trip was short. Only had 2 hours at the site, which is way too short and had 40+ people on our bus, so lots of waiting. The way it was described, it sounded like 2 hours in Pisa and 2 hours at the leaning tower area, but it's really 2 hours total. Didn't pick up at the boat, so had to take the cruise shuttle also. For the price and wait times, it's easier and cheaper to take the train.
