5.00I was on a cruise, which requires taking the shuttle bus from the ship to the downtown Livorno "cruise terminal". Once there, Alice was absolutely wonderful. Easy to find. She was open, smiling, willing and professional. She made our visit to Pisa exceptional. On a long day in port, this 4 hour visit to Pisa is so easy and so perfect.

5.00Amazing tour with super tour guide. Lots of interesting information on the drive there and back and we were guided to the leaning tour with no problems. Our boat was late docking and the bus waited 1.5 hours for us would highly recommend this company for no stress visit
