  We were given instructions to take the shuttle from the ship, get off at the last stop and someone in a blue shirt would be waiting No one was waiting. After talking to another company we received instructions to walk down to the ice cream shop (at least a 5 minute walk) and our guide was there. We became aware later that some folks missed the tour because the instructions weren’t correct. The shuttle bus only makes one stop

  The guided tour on the bus to see Pisa did not have much information or much to see. The guide offered a 5 minute trolley to take instead of the 10-15 minutes walk that was described in the tour. She said she was only one person so could not split the group. Therefore everyone on the bus had to agree to take the trolley if one person said no everyone walks. My group wanted to walk as it had been described when we booked the tour. It was another 5 Euros to take the trolley. When we said no the guide pointed us out on the bus saying the people at the back said no so we all have to walk now. This was very unprofessional. This is clearly another sales tactic to get more money by pressuring you to say yes. I will never book another tour with "Shore Emotion" again.

  Loved the tower and the cathedral. Very beautiful area. Valerie, I believe was her name, was wonderful. We had some idiots ,who did not respect the time, she was more patient than I would be. She was professional and had lots of information. The weather was horrible but she kept up her energy.

  Just the right time for a self guided tour. Princess provided free transportation from the ship to the pickup point in town. The Princess waiting area at the pickup point in Livorno was very clean. Be prepared for the charges for use of the WC/restrooms.

  Booked a while ago but on Thursday 16th October received a message saying the tour start point was in the town not the cruise terminal. On Friday 24th I received a message to say that our MSC cruise would no longer dock at Livorno. I was requested to cancel the booking but the APP continually said I had no bookings. I write back to explain we were on Celebrity Eclipse not MSC and asked for confirmation that the trip would go ahead. Received a further message advising that our ship was docking at La Spezia not Livorno. On Saturday 25th received a further message offering to transfer our booking to a Cinque Terra trip and pay the difference. However that trip had a lot of walking so wasn’t suitable for us. They had no other alternative and said they were unable to offer a refund. Although we cruise 3/4 time a year this was our first effort at using TripAdvisor to book a shore tour. Fairly negative experience and based on that we are unlikely to use again.

  I was on a cruise, which requires taking the shuttle bus from the ship to the downtown Livorno "cruise terminal". Once there, Alice was absolutely wonderful. Easy to find. She was open, smiling, willing and professional. She made our visit to Pisa exceptional. On a long day in port, this 4 hour visit to Pisa is so easy and so perfect.

  Our guide, Alice was great. Thanks Alice for a great tour! Weather was also perfect and the area was not as busy in mid-October.
