This experience offers the only direct tour from Bath to Stonehenge. The ride to Stonehenge takes just under one hour each way. We use luxury mini-coaches with large panoramic windows, air-conditioning and comfortable seats to ensure your journey is relaxing and enjoyable. Along the way, the driver/guide will point out all the sights from panoramic views of the Salisbury Plains to Celtic Hill Forts and Thatched Villages. On a clear day, you may even spot the famous Westbury White Horse – one of the Chalk Hill Carvings of Ancient Wessex.

What To Expect
Stonehenge
You will be at Stonehenge for a minimum of 2 hours. This is plenty of time to see Stonehenge properly and to enjoy the souvenir shop, café and exhibition hall at the Visitor Centre. The driver/guide will sort your tickets upon arrival and explain the layout of the site. Time at Stonehenge is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Audio guides are available in 10 different languages for use around the stones, these are free of charge but subject to availability.
Bratton White Horse
On a clear day we'll be able to see the Westbury White Horse, a chalk hill carving from the 1770s. Our route takes in panoramic views of the Salisbury Plain and the Avon Valley, and passes Cley Hill the iron age hill fort and burial mound.

5.00Tour guide was at the arrival time promptly. Very chatty and informative. Made sure we had all the information we needed. Bus was clean and fresh. Took the stress out of us trying to find our way around bath. I also emailed for timings and parking suggestions and recieved prompt and detailed answers. Would use again.

5.00We chose Scarper because they took care of everything for our visit to Stonehenge. We met the bus downtown Bath by the Abbey Hotel, traveled directly to Stonehenge, and after two hours at the site, returned back to Bath. Scarper also takes care of the tickets so we didn't have to wait in line. Other options we considered involved complicated transportation (making connections between trains and buses). The cost of the Scarper tour for a direct trip and tickets can't be beat. Additionally, I booked for an incorrect date, though because there was room on the bus, they were able to accommodate the adjustment. They were kind and
