This was a great way to see Stonehenge. Our driver / guide, Richard, was knowledgeable and personable. In addition to telling us different facts, he passed around laminated images so we could easily see what he was describing. He also gave us great advice about how to approach our visit. Or 2 hours on site was the perfect amount of timing. Also, being part of a smaller group (16, I think) made the ride more comfortable than if we’d been on a huge bus.

Fantastic small group, quick trip from Bath to Stonehenge. Dan was informative (and not too talkative) on the drive to the site. He provided all the necessary details regarding what to expect on drop off and pick up, as well as, timing of the tour. The site is just as you would expect.

The vehicle was quite comfortable and the trip was as described. I was especially pleased to be able to get within 20 yards of the site. I don't have many bucket list items but this is mow checked off.

This was an excellent 1/2 day tour to Stonehenge. Richard our driver was very pleasant … entertaining us with a knowledgeable commentary during our hours drive out and back. The vehicle was comfortable.. perfect size for a small group. I would definitely recommend Scraper Tours 1/2 day trip to Stonehenge.

Despite atrocious weather, we had a great time. Our driver and tour guide Dan, was very friendly and informative. He kept us updated with all of the information required for the tour to run smoothly. He commented on passing sites but did not talk excessively. I would recommend this half-day tour.

Fabulous small group tour! Dan was warm and welcoming and laid back. The whole tour was relaxed and went smoothly because Dan got us there on time and back to Bath on the dot. I really appreciated the little extra info about the area as we were driving to Stonehenge. We were lucky as the rain kept large crowds away and the stones looked fantastic in the gloomy atmosphere 😊

This is a great option from Bath! We stayed two nights in Bath, and the town is lovely, but smaller, which means there is time for you to add on this day trip and still have time to rest and relax (which is what Bath should be about, am I right?). We booked the morning trip and it was easy to find the van (nice and purple/smaller van) for pick up. It was a smaller group, which is lovely (not a fan of those big buses) and our driver was kind enough to point out interesting sites on the way to Stonehenge. He was also a very safe driver (thanks Dan!) They've timed it to arrive when it usually isn't as busy (and it was especially quiet for us) and then you have two hours at the site. (One hour drive there, two hours at site, one hour drive back). You're on your own at the site once the tour gives you the tickets, so you can wander and spend your time as you see fit. Then you're back in time for an afternoon tea/massage/thermal spa/nap. I recommend for those without cars!

Excellent tour perfectly organized. It was recommended to us by a tour guide in Cardiff and it exceeded our expectations compared to all the other tours that departed from Cardiff and that are much more expensive.
