Snorkling is very close to the harbor and is no better than shore snorkeling at the Coral Reef Gardens. We really looked forward to seeing the Iguana Island but this turned out to be a tourist trap with an overcrowded landing beach and loud music playing from nearby ships. The crew was very nice and professional but we feel like we could have skipped this. Many fellow passengers were getting drunk on the unlimited rum&juice.

Fantastic experience! Pickup right on beach at our hotel in Grace Bay. Music playing , smiles and greetings. Easy assistance onboarding from water with stairs. Plenty of drinks, great music and food. Safe and clean snorkeling equipment. T- Rex, captain Howard and Danny were amazing hosts! “cousin” snorkeling guide was a great instructor. Pointed things out underwater. Iguana island and half moon bay was relaxing.and breathtaking! Whole experience is exactly the “island vibe”. Just book it! Exceeded our expectations ✨👍🏼🎉

This was so much fun! The guys were great , entertaining and professional. We saw so many fish and a stingray. I have done this several times with other companies when vacations but this was the best!

We did the 9am-1pm excursion, and it was so fun! They picked us up in front of our hotel and off we went. Started off with pastries and drinks and 45 minutes of snorkeling. That was a blast. Saw many colorful fish and a lot of beautiful coral. Then, we had a nice lunch which they spread out for us on the boat. We sailed to half moon bay which was so pretty. We took photos of a couple iguanas and swam in the bluest water I’ve ever seen. Truly magical. The crew was awesome, extremely lively and super nice people. It was the perfect excursion for us as a family of four adults. There were also a few kids on board, all who really seemed to enjoy it. So happy we decided to book this fun excursion.

Unfortunately I was ultimately unhappy with this tour. This is because they picked up in a bus and then went to a few other resorts to pick up more people and then drove us to the water where we took a short trek through trees to the beach and onto the ship. So far so good. But only as the anchors were up and we were pushing off from the shore did the Captain say, for the first time, that snorkeling was out of the question as " the seas are too rough. " I get that the seas can be rough ( although I spoke with someone on the beach the next day that said THEY were able to snorkel yesterday) but not telling us until we were on the boat is unforgivable. We only had a certain number of days in TCI and we did not want to spend a half day of our vacation on a boat ride that didn't include snorkeling as advertised. Indeed we could have waded and snorkeled at the resort instead had we known snorkeling was not going to happen. We stayed on obviously ( and it wasnt clear we could gave gotten back on The bus anyway) and tried to make the best of this bad situation. The songs and dancing were fun, the boat is nice and the kids loved jumping into the ocean from the deck. Food was okay but not great. Thus I can't give the event no stars in fairness, but not snorkeling on what is advertised as a snorkeling trip and not telling the customers until on board is not right. I did try to call afterwards repeatedly and note my complaint and did leave a message I believe, but I was never able to get ahold of the company. I asked one of the crew how often it happens that snorkeling is not allowed and he guessed 10 percent of the time or so. So word of advice----- ask these guys explicitly before you get on their bus whether you will in fact be snorkeling that day. Doing so would have saved me time and my family disappointment. Fact that I could not reach them afterwards only added salt to the wound.
