  We went for a wonderful sunrise trek with Arun who was so friendly, knowledgeable and open to exchanging ideas. The trek was done with respect for nature and the environment. I can’t recommend him enough- we climbed up through the tea plantations, had a picnic and meditated on a rock taking some wonderful photos of the sunrise. We also had an amazing opportunity to talk to the tea workers and even have a go a chopping the tea! Arun does a variety of trips and I would love to come back to Kerala to explore more of these.   I recently attended an event / Performance, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The overall look and performance felt dirty and unprofessional. I would suggest bringing other guides or experts to ensure a better experience. Thanks Jude Abraham Bangalore

  What a great way to start your day in beautiful Munnar. The walk to where you can see the sunrise is relatively easy depending on your level of fitness and Aarun will make sure that everyone goes at its own pace, The way down is through the tea plantations and you can observe the beginning of the pickers' workday. Aarun is a very caring and knowledgeable person so you will learn so much about tea, Munnar history and also culture. Aarun has a surprising claim about green tea so book a tour with him to find it out. I was lucky enough to also attend a tea tasting prepared by Aarun and it was great, he managed so well a large group of people making the session very interactive. Highly recommended to understand more about this magical place that Munnar is.

  Arun is a first class guide, good company, has a great standard of English and is very knowledgable about Tea manufacture plus the life and culture here in Kerrela. We had a terrific trek with D Adventures. Thank you Arun. Do book a trek with him. We certainly recommend him.

  I did a trek with Arun in the area of Yellapetty and had a fantastic time. Arun is an engaging and talented guide who’s able to relate well to people— not to mention a great walker who’s passionate about the mountains and natural heritage. He has an acute eye for details in nature and apart from being knowledgeable, it was interesting to hear his interpretations and insights on various subjects related to tea, history, and Indian society. It was a beautiful trek through the tea plantation villages and a Shola forest that led to a magnificent view of the Western ghats at the top. Thank you Arun, for having been my guide! I’ll remember our conversations and I hope to be back in Munnar again.

  Great expierence with an awesome guide! Nice walk through teaplantion and up the hills with great view. Arun shared his knowledge about flora and Fauna and the processing of tea and the people working there. I enjoid our exchange and felt very safe and comfortable! Highly recommended!

  What a gem of a guide - Arun is genuinely motivated as well as super knowledgeable about Munnar, the tea plantations as well as the tea factory (I’ve done a hike + tea tour with him). He’s also a good photographer :) (great if you’re travelling by yourself). Highly recommend him!

  The Lakshmi trek is a great trek with amazing views! Arun is a great guide with a lot of knowledge to share about tea manufacturing and the history of Munnar. We’ve also hiked with him to Chokramudi peak and would definitely book with him again!
