Ha Long bay - a day in the descending dragon's empire

5.00We spent a wonderful day in Ha Long Bay. The excursion started from downtown Hanoi, and the bus ride took about 2.5–3 hours without any stops. Our first stop was an oyster farm, where they explained pearl farming to us. Then we enjoyed a generous lunch on the boat while admiring the breathtaking view. Ken, our tour guide, was very kind and helpful — I highly recommend booking the tour with him. On one of the islands, we had the chance to swim, and after climbing a few steps, we were rewarded with a beautiful panoramic view of the bay. Kayaking was amazing, and we even saw monkeys along the shore. The stalactite cave was also stunning. If anyone visits Vietnam, this is an absolute must-do.

5.00Our trip was wonderful. We have done a lot of daytours in Vietnam but this tour to Ha Long Bay was the best so far. Also, Ken our tour guide was the friendiest and most considerete guide we ever had. Thank you for having us! Don't hasitate to book this tour, it's worth every dong.

5.00Ken has been such a charm and so fun, super knowledgeable, catered for us all so well, organized the whole trip so seamlessly, took us to Ha Long Bay, even on the cruise catering for us and even at the cave showing us round. Great personality and very friendly.
