    We were recommended this trip with Hercules Grand Cruise by our hotel and we were not disappointed. The organisation, customer service and quality of the entire tour was top class. We were very impressed with the modern coach and luxury cruise boat, with buffet lunch and a fun itinerary that included a chance to swim, jet boat ride and enter the UNESCO cave, Sung Sot. Lastly, we must commend our guide, Brian Tuyen, who offered 5 star service throughout the entire tour. We cannot speak highly enough of his service. Thank you for creating lasting memories for us during our time in Hanoi.

    We enjoyed Halong bay cruise tour as we have Brian as our tour guide, Taha Travels as the agency, Heyli the manager is very helpful through my questions and Brian is knowledgeable on explaining every activities and fun too. We will go back again. Highly recommend our food, experience and activities.
