5.00We just had a tour in Mai 2026. As expected, there are really a lot of tourists visiting Ha Long Bay by boat, but our guide always gave her best to give us the best experience possible. Always open to give some advice and always looking out for the people. The food on the boat was nothing special but good I would say. Service on the boat good, too. If you are looking for a one day trip, I can recommend this one. You will get to see the hot spots then.

5.00Brian was attentive to our questions, showed us where to find an ATM for cash. Credit cards are ok to pay the boat's bar-tab, but cash needed for souvenir shop. He advised us toward a cheaper vendor for a swimsuit and sun-hat (and we actually did pay less than the first shop had quoted us) Everything is relatively inexpensive, so the differences are just a couple dollars anyway, but still, it's normal to want to get a better price. U.S. currency can be spent some places. The bay is beautiful, and we enjoyed the small pool and nice large showers on the new boat, Hercules Grand.

Brian was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even better with his professionalism and great attitude. We were also very impressed that our cruise boat was one of the nicest we saw the whole trip. Highly recommend this experience!

5.00Absolutely exceeded all of my expectations! Brian was a brilliant, energetic guide - super responsive prior. They fit A LOT in just one day. Highlight was the speedboat! Going to remember that one for a long time.
