5.00Amazing trip to Halong Bay. Alex made the complete trip wonderful and his amazing warmth added a serene flavor to the entire trip. Highly recommended and weather god favoured us with a lovely cloud shade and evening sunset as well. Must do , if you are in Hanoi, Vietnam

5.00My friends and I had a great time on the Ha Long Bay cruise! We were a group of girls and felt very safe the entire time. Alex and the other guides were extremely nice and informative and the experience was great. The food and service was very good and the cruise allowed us to see everything.

4.00Our guides name was Brian and was very very professional and explained things very well. We were first to be picked up and sat in the front row of seats so we had a great view. Unfortunately a family of 4 were late and we had to wait 30 mins for them to :-( . We stopped at a pearl farm where they create pearls by inserting pieces of shell into the oyster. We arrived at the Ha Long bay port and boarded the Hercules Grand. It was a very nice boat and looked quite new compared to some of the older looking boats we saw. Once on board we were served a very nice buffet lunch. The trip took approximately 6 hours and we visited 3 places, the first was the Surprising Caves and we were blown away by how big they were. Next was Titop island where you had a choice of going for a swim or climbing to the top. We spent about 45 minutes here. It was very busy with quite a few other boats coming and going. Next we went to another place to do either Kayaking, boating or a jet boat trip. We opted for the jet boat trip which cost us an extra $600K VND. We were told it would be for 30 mins bit it was more like only 25 mins. So all in all it was a very enjoyable trip and would highly recommended it.
