4.00The tour and the tour guide were both very good, we learned a lot about the port that we as Hamburgers did not yet know. We were as far as Blankenese, in the container port and in the Speicherstadt, really very varied. A minus point for the fact that our booked tour was simply moved half an hour to the rear and also the departure point was not bridge 1, as described. Here we recommend asking at the counter (near Bridge 1) where the ship actually departs.

1.00I booked this tour and ensured that it was going to be in English. When we arrived at the meeting point we were sent to the wrong place and almost missed the boat (not our error, we were very clearly told bridge 7, he even held up 7 fingers, but the boat was all the way at bridge 9). We just get on the boat in time, it starts going and everything is in German. I asked if there was any option to be able to hear the information in English and was told no. A refund was requested and denied.
The 2-hour harbour tour was great!

5.00Despite the fog and cool weather, this was a very informative and fun tour with good hospitality. There are hot and cold drinks, cakes and especially liquid bread. I can recommend the tour to anyone interested. Just think of a warm jacket, scarf and hat.
