Join us in a full day's tour to Hamlet's Castle, where we travel up the coast road, Strandvejen and arrive in the charming old town of Helsingør, known as Elsinor in English.
After our visit to Elsinor, we sail across the Øresund to Sweden and travel along the Swedish country roads to the ancient City of Lund, where you can visit Lund Cathedral, which was completed in the year 1145. Behind the cathedral you can explore the tiny streets, with houses dating back to the 1700s. It's like stepping back into history!
Afterwards we travel to Malmö, Sweden's third largest city, where you will have a chance to do some shopping and take advantage of Sweden's lower purchase taxes, which means there are some very nice prices!
Finally we return to Copenhagen across the impressive Øresund Bridge.

This tour was good but I didn’t feel we had enough time in any location. I also prefer a tour where it’s live information but on the bus, a lot of it was pre-recorded and half the time couldn’t see what was being pointed out. Maybe because I was on the wrong side of the bus. The Kronenberg castle was the highlight of the trip and we had the Swedish meatballs in Sweden which were delicious. But that didn’t leave us much time to explore the area. Maybe makes sense to drop one of the city stops in Sweden to allow more exploration time. We had 1.5 hours max at each location. It was a long tour. Left at 9:30am and arrived back at 6:30/7pm.

Fantastic tour. I’m amazed at how much distance was covered. By road. On sea. On bridge over sea. In tunnel under the sea. The driver and guide Steen was superb. Excellent information. Funny. Knowledge.

Do not take this "tour". The tour was advertised as a guided cultural experience through Kronborg Castle, Lund, and Malmö. In reality, it was merely a bus transfer with pre-recorded narration and no meaningful interaction, explanation, or local guidance. There was no professional tour guide present, only a driver operating the vehicle with occasional comment. Tickets to Kronberg Castle were not included despite this being advertised as a 'Hamlet' tour. Additionally, the bus did not have a restroom as is generally standard. This is misrepresentation of services — what was delivered does not meet the basic standards of a guided tour as advertised. 2. Misleading Content and Lack of Value The experience consisted entirely of pre-recorded messages played over the bus speakers, offering generic facts that could have been accessed freely online. No opportunity for questions, clarifications, or site context was provided. There were no guided activities, or coordination at any destination stop, leaving participants largely on their own. The trip offered none of the promised “guided” engagement that distinguishes a professional tour from simple transport. 3. Conduct of Staff The most egregious concern involves the bus driver’s unprofessional and aggressive behavior. I believe his name is Allan. Upon reboarding the bus, my wife was struck with a plastic bottle of water by the driver. Whether intentional or reckless, this constitutes physical assault and is categorically unacceptable in any customer-facing role. No apology, explanation, or accountability was offered afterward. Such conduct reflects a complete breakdown of safety, respect, and professionalism, and raises major concerns about the operator’s staff screening and training practices. 4. Safety and Accountability Beyond the personal incident, the lack of any visible tour supervision left passengers without clear guidance or support. Passengers were effectively at the mercy of the driver, who displayed unacceptable aggression. Many comments demonstrate his rudeness. The company bears full responsibility for ensuring that its employees maintain a safe, respectful environment for all customers. 5. Conclusion and Requested Action This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. The tour did not match its advertised description, providing transportation only. The physical assault of a passenger constitutes a serious violation of safety standards. Requested actions: 1. A full refund of the tour cost. 2. A formal written apology from the company. 3. Confirmation that appropriate disciplinary and training measures will be implemented to prevent recurrence. Summary Statement: This experience failed on every professional and ethical standard — from false advertising to passenger safety.

Great for a solo traveller or for any sized group - I really enjoyed that you had choices as to where you were able to go. The castle was interesting, but I wish I had gone to the Maritime museum instead. Overall a wonderful way to see outside the city, the ferry ride was quite nice, and it was a great way to see some of Sweden in a short amount of time. The commentary as you are driving was great to better understand what you are looking at and to learn some history. A long day but I highly recommend!

We had a fantastic trip with Mario. Really interesting and well looked after the whole way. He was great craic with the passengers and very informative too. The tour itself covered loads of ground and was a great day out. All of it ran very smoothly, even the ferry. We even managed to cross the bridge coming back in the lightweight wonderful views.

My trip to Lund and Malmö was truly wonderful — full of warmth, history, and beauty. Visiting the Castle of Kronborg was a highlight, and our guide, Allen, made the experience unforgettable with his kindness and knowledge. I’m deeply grateful for his guidance and care throughout the journey.
