Early Morning Pickup (5:40 AM) Our driver arrives right on time at the guest’s hotel or designated pickup point. Guests hop into a clean, comfortable shuttle--- no parking stress. Depending on the number you are on the pickup list he may be there a couple mins after that, so do not worry if he is not there exactly at 5:40 AM. 4. Driver will advise you what time to be ready at loading zone. 1.00I would never recommend this horrible company to anyone. I had booked snorkeling for my son and I. He ended up getting sick the day before and I called and asked if I could have a refund and they said NO. Then I asked for a voucher for possibly another time if we were to come again and they said NO to that. They said to let them know by 9:00 pm that night. I would assume because they wanted to double book and line someone else up. I told them I would let them know in the am. Well my son was still sick and we didn’t go. This company didn’t care at all. It’s all about money!! The customer service was horrible in telling me when to let them know by and just nasty!! I wish them a lot of luck in staying in business. In this day and age businesses like this will go under without good customer service

The Hanauma Bay Park was beautiful and the snorkeling was unbelievable! Pleasantly surprised there was a shuttle down to the bay from the ticketing area! If I lived here I'd visit every week!!
