5.00We had such a great experience with our tour guide, Kevin Tu. He was very punctual when picking us up & dropping us off. We were the first one in the gates & one of the first ones to leave. He was also very informative & answered all our questions well. This being our first time snorkeling, it was such a memorable experience. 10/10 would recommend anyone who is planning to go snorkeling at Hanauma Bay. A tour is a must!

4.00Don't expect to see even 1/10th of the hundreds of sea life as highlighted in the laminated cards that you read while on the van. That is unless you venture out beyond the inner area, where 99% of the people are. Anything outside of that will be quite a swim out and not recommended by the guide and lifeguards unless you are a strong swimmer. This is nothing against the tour operator just a fact of the bay. If you aren't used to snorkeling or have young kids, consider buying your own full face snorkel. Those cannot be rented as it's a safety risk, but, it's less exhausting on the jaw, especially for younger ones. Our driver was friendly and informative. Take Dramamine if you are sensitive for motion sickness. The current and waves were a little rough when we were there 4/18/2026. Coming back to shore after the 5th swim out, I was starting to get nauseous and dizzy, the waves on the surface can't knock you around a little.

5.00Amazing experience, driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hanauma bay was gorgeous. Van will pick you up and facilitate entrance to the park, and then you are free to explore until it comes back to pickup from the park and drops you off. Includes snorkel and fins, and they have other things available for rent.

3.00The actual snorkeling location was great and my driver was great! However my snorkel gear did not meet my expectations and was given to me threaded incorrectly, so I had to spend 30 minutes trying to fix my mask myself which I did not know how to do and a local snooker had to re thread it for 10 minutes. My goggles were also fogging up, so the local snorkeler provided my with anti-fog which fixed the issue. Very disappointed the gear was not given to me threaded correctly and properly anti fogged

2.00The entrance ticket $25 is NOT included. The tour is only until 12pm (you can only stay at Hanauma bay for few hours). We wanted to stay longer so we paid for Uber back home

5.00This was a fun experience to do with the family. Our driver arrived on time, was friendly and provided us with all the information we needed before entering for the day. Best to arrive early. There is an orientation before you are allowed down to the beach which can take up to 30 minutes (with wait times). Beautiful beach with a beautiful background of the mountains.
