Early Morning Pickup (5:40 AM) Our driver arrives right on time at the guest’s hotel or designated pickup point. Guests hop into a clean, comfortable shuttle--- no parking stress. 5.00Booking a Hanauma Bay "touristy" snorkeling adventure through this company was a good way to bypass the site's daily visitor quota, but I realize this probably makes it unfairly difficult and expensive for locals to enjoy their own area. I didn't know there was a quota until our bus driver explained how ticketing would work... I simply saw the option to visit a popular location in Hawaii and took it. So I am sorry about that. The snorkeling experience itself was good. I appreciated that the tour company provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and gear (for a fee), but the exchange over text about it was very rude. I don't know if it was a connection issue or what, but half of their texts didn't come through, and the other person treated me like I was stupid for not answering their questions. It seems this information could have been collected up front during booking and payment. Our driver was friendly and accommodating. He made sure we all returned together, leaving no one behind. But that was it. So you are basically paying for the convenience of a hotel pick-up and transportation, guaranteed entry into the park, and gear rental, which may have been cheaper if we had known better and just gotten it all on-site. Either way, I was glad to have had this opportunity to visit Hanauma Bay while in Hawaii!

1.00We did not get to go. Not knowing the streets there we stood on the wrong side of pick up motel. Missed the bus. Apparently they did not have my cell # although everything else I booked had it. Just not happy but nothing I can do now.

5.00One of the best snorkeling experiences we’ve had! Keep in mind the coral is very close to the surface. Didn’t see sea turtles but lots of fish and even an octopus and an eel!

5.00Me and my family had an amazing experience at Haunama Bay! We got there early so the tide was low and the water was perfect temperature! It was some of my kids first experience snorkeling and it didn’t disappoint! We saw tons of fish, including a small puffer fish and eels. Would definitely experience this again!
