Everything went smooth. He was very talkative and very informative I was disappointed in Hanna Bay. The reef is dead.

This excursion was worth the time just to see the views of the bay. We love to snorkel and considered this location moderately difficult due to there being little clearance over the top of the coral.

It says for 6 hours however between pick up from hotel and drop off we were only given 4 hours. But it was great to have everything you need and didn’t have to worry about renting anything else once we got there

The bay is beautiful and the snorkelling is amazing! The water is so clear and you are swimming with so many beautiful tropical fish 🐠 The driver was on time and was pleasant, and the equipment rented was good quality and functional 🤿 however - in hindsight, it is pretty expensive. The main thing to note is that you are paying this price for a 20 minute drive, a rental of a mask and flippers, and the luxury of not having to worry about arriving and there not being enough tickets on the day… you also do need to still pay the $25 each on arrival, and just to add - it says Military get in for free however it is just for the American Military, this was not stated and so we had to pay when we didn’t expect it… I cannot fault the company as they did specify all of this in the description, (except for the military free entry) but in my personal opinion it still seemed a bit overpriced…. And the bay itself, despite it being a requirement to pre book tickets, was absolutely full with people and so snorkelling was quite challenging at times with the water being so full…

Had a great time!! Pickup was in the morning at nearby hotel, drove to home office to grab the snorkel gear and then to Hanauma Bay. They dropped us off right by the admission office. Spent approx. 3 hrs. in the water. Then was picked back up at drop off spot. Was nice not having to worry about driving and trying to get in at the park. They did the reservations; we just had to pay the 25-dollar admission fee. Will do the trip again the next time we are back on the island.

Disappointing experience ever in Hawaii. I usually book activities directly through official websites, but this time I booked a snorkeling experience through Viator for Hanauma Bay. The staff at the bay did not accept the booking confirmation or receipt from the app, and when I contacted the provider, they were unhelpful and did not assist me in getting my snorkeling gear. The provider later mentioned that entry was only allowed through their shuttle service and that guests could not go directly to the bay themselves - but this was never clearly communicated during booking via call. The whole process was confusing, misleading, and extremely frustrating. Completely ruined the experience.

Best snorkeling!! I was by myself for the day and did not have a rental car- I looked into Ubers which would be about $30 per direction from Waikiki. So, with the value of this including snorkeling gear too, this was perfect! Made for easy entry without dealing with the official reservation system. Drivers were prompt, friendly, and informative. Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful place! I saw so many different types of fish! The water is very shallow so it was hard to swim without my legs bumping into the sharp rocks It helps to float and look at the fish
