Early Morning Pickup (5:40 AM) Our driver arrives right on time at the guest’s hotel or designated pickup point. Guests hop into a clean, comfortable shuttle--- no parking stress. Depending on the number you are on the pickup list he may be there a couple mins after that, so do not worry if he is not there exactly at 5:40 AM. 4. Quick 30-Minute Ride to Hanauma Bay During the drive, guests receive helpful tips about the bay, snorkeling basics, and what to expect at the entrance. No food or drink is consumed inside the shuttle to keep it fresh for everyone. 5. Gear Setup & Free Snorkel Time Guests receive their sanitized mask, snorkel, and fins, or any optional upgrades they pre-selected. Smooth Arrival & Entry Guidance We drop guests right at the entrance and guide them through the process: paying the $25 entrance fee at the ticket window and watching the mandatory 10-minute conservation video. Driver will advise you what time to be ready at loading zone. 2.00This company only provides a driver to the location and a pick up. There is no orientation to the beach, or group tour to this. You are able to rent chairs and umbrella's on the beach, which would have saved us taking them down and up on the trolley. Take the exact cash as correct change is not guaranteed. If I was to do this again, I would go on my own via Uber, when I checked prices when there, it was cheaper and would've given more freedom.

5.00Getting there early when they opened meant waters clear and far less crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling and watching a local monk seal bask in the sun all morning.

3.00Im sure this would have been nice if my wife hadn't double booked for the day that we had this. The driver called and asked if we were coming but we had to go with the other one he said the office would reach out to reschedule and they never did and wouldn't answer the phone.

5.00We had an unforgettable experience snorkeling at Hanauma Bay in Honolulu! The crystal-clear water, colorful tropical fish, and beautiful coral reefs made it one of the highlights of our Hawaii vacation. Our kids had an amazing time and couldn’t stop smiling the entire day. It was both fun and breathtaking, and seeing so much marine life up close was something we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting Oahu, this is a must-do activity for the whole family. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back again. Thank you for such an incredible experience!
