2.00This is not a tour - it is a drop off and pick up service. Money and tickets were given to guest and then left on our own with 10 people to navigate in. Way overpriced for the service given. We were told to be at pick up at 11am but pick up is actually 11.10am when all vans arrive . Quick pack us in and off for drop off.

5.00Excellent experience. The tour company had good (albeit expensive) equipment to rent. I highly recommend renting chairs, umbrellas, and life jackets (if snorkeling). Perhaps you can find them cheaper from the stand on the beach? The bay is beautiful with a good reef to snorkel.

3.00It was too early pickup and the gears were handed over in dark .. this could have been a better experience by parking the vehicle in the parking lot inside the Hanauma bay premises. The gears were of low quality. The mouth breather was not working properly.. Could not enjoy the experiemce well..

5.00We were picked up at the location around 5:40am and our tour guide shared with us some interesting facts about Hawaii during our drive. I accidentally snapped the rubber on my googles when snorkeling and they were quick to respond. They sent out a replacement very quickly and made it easy! Thank you again and we highly recommend booking this tour. Special thanks to our tour guide, luiz!

5.00I'm happy with Hanauma Bay snorkeling of viator every time. This time, we were meeting at the Waikiki Hotel at 5:40 in the morning, but we arrived 5 minutes ago and the van had already arrived to pick us up. We were the first ride. After that, we were in a group of about 10 people. The driver's explanation is sufficient. The driver also showed us around the way. It is very gentle and polite. There will be points to note and confirmation of the meeting time, and you will pay the admission fee in cash of 25 USD. I think every time, Hanauma is the best for snorkeling. You will meet beautiful fish. It's a snorkel of stability. After nearly four hours of experiencing Hanauma, we return to Waikiki in the same attentive driver's van. It was a fun and wonderful snorkeling experience. We will use it again. Thank you, sir.

5.00Original booking was from 6:00am to 1:00pm. However, time was changed from 5:40am to 11:00am near the appointment date. I thought it was little strange. Overall it was very good experience for our family.
