Early Morning Pickup (5:40 AM) Our driver arrives right on time at the guest’s hotel or designated pickup point. Guests hop into a clean, comfortable shuttle--- no parking stress. Depending on the number you are on the pickup list he may be there a couple mins after that, so do not worry if he is not there exactly at 5:40 AM. 4. 3.00It was too early pickup and the gears were handed over in dark .. this could have been a better experience by parking the vehicle in the parking lot inside the Hanauma bay premises. The gears were of low quality. The mouth breather was not working properly.. Could not enjoy the experiemce well..

5.00We were picked up at the location around 5:40am and our tour guide shared with us some interesting facts about Hawaii during our drive. I accidentally snapped the rubber on my googles when snorkeling and they were quick to respond. They sent out a replacement very quickly and made it easy! Thank you again and we highly recommend booking this tour. Special thanks to our tour guide, luiz!

5.00I'm happy with Hanauma Bay snorkeling of viator every time. This time, we were meeting at the Waikiki Hotel at 5:40 in the morning, but we arrived 5 minutes ago and the van had already arrived to pick us up. We were the first ride. After that, we were in a group of about 10 people. The driver's explanation is sufficient. The driver also showed us around the way. It is very gentle and polite. There will be points to note and confirmation of the meeting time, and you will pay the admission fee in cash of 25 USD. I think every time, Hanauma is the best for snorkeling. You will meet beautiful fish. It's a snorkel of stability. After nearly four hours of experiencing Hanauma, we return to Waikiki in the same attentive driver's van. It was a fun and wonderful snorkeling experience. We will use it again. Thank you, sir.

5.00We had such a wonderful day at Hanauma bay. Kaimana tour took care of the booking process and drive with ease—saving us so much trouble and stress in not being able to secure a spot. Our driver is quick witted and informative—guiding us through checkin promptly with no time wasted. We were the first to arrive on the island! The Hanauma bay experience is nothing short of breathtaking. Despite periods of pretty heavy rain we were able to see lots of fish varieties up close. We were also glad that no injuries occurred with the coral being in shallow water. Though we did not dare go past the rocks due to waves, we were pleasantly surprised to find that even shallow waters had wonderful sights to offer. With my favorites being seeing schools of fish feeding and swimming past me. 4 hours felt ample and we were back on the bus in no time before we got tired of the water. Thank you Kaimana tours for this unforgettable experience!
