Led by a passionate local guide & trained historian (aka a great storyteller) who brings Korea’s past to life with exciting stories, hidden palace secrets, and drama-like storytelling.
You're not just wearing Hanbok – you become the main character of a Joseon story.
On Tuesdays, we tour Changdeokgung instead (Gyeongbokgung is closed on Tuesday).

- A baby stroller is prohibited
- If you would like to proceed with a Family tour with infants, please contact us in advance. (This is a group tour)
Hanbok rental fee is optional not included (around 35,000 KRW).
★ This is a group tour. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late cannot join the tour.

★ Visit Hanbok rental store (2mins away from the exit 4 by walk) - Pick Hanbok, dress up, get hairstyling (30 mins) The rental fee(around 45,000won) is paid separately

5.00This tour made our South Korea trip memorable. Best day of our trip hands down. Everything was carefully planned from the meeting spot to renting the traditional outfits, palace tour, photography spots and photo poses. The pace of the tour was very comfortable even with our 7 years old. I highly recommend this tour to everyone. 100/10 I wish I could give more than 5-star rating.

5.00Absolutely amazing experience! Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Seoul. Perfect way to step back into time and enjoy more than you can imagine! It was a small group of very lovely people, we all went to rent Hanboks from there we went to the palace. James, Jacob and Tactbea were very great tour guides/photographers, they were also very funny. Lots of laughs in the group! They took some amazing pictures and helped with poses as well. We did some fun activities which weren’t just posing for pictures. The historic information was very interesting and detailed. 10/10

5.00Fun and enjoyable. If you love history and want to be a part of it just for couple hours, this is for you. Our guide James was very informative, kind and knowledgeable. Our photographer Jacob was a master of his work. We were never rushed and had enough time to enjoy the palace while the photographer was taking our pictures. I hope you will get these two guys when you book the tour.

5.00Book this! Very well organized! They take you to Hanbok store so no worries in trying to find the right place. Once you’re done getting dressed they take you to each photograph place and give history lesson.

5.00This tour was super fun, informative and completely delightful! James was the perfect tour guide. He is knowledgeable, polite, considerate, interesting and an excellent communicator. He reached out via WhatsApp prior to the tour with clear and concise directions regarding meeting location and time, hanbok rental and promptly responded to my follow up question. James made me feel comfortable and relaxed while taking pictures of me in my hanbok at various cites in the palace complex (I don’t like having my picture taken but wanted to preserve my memory of this fun morning). The hanbok rental shop is conveniently located close to the palace and there is a large selections of beautiful hanboks from which to choose. I selected the 8:30 am tour which was perfect as we were able to enter the palace grounds before it became crowded with other tourists. I really enjoyed meeting James and am grateful for all his efforts to ensure the tour was perfect! Thank you!
