The activity consists of an interactive cooking class where we will prepare a typical Apulian lunch together. We will provide you with an apron each and all the utensils to get your hands in the dough and learn every step and secret of our traditional recipes. Together with my husband Stefano we open the doors of our country house to teach you the Apulian cooking techniques that you can easily replicate at home. We will learn together to select the ingredients of our land according to the season, and while preparing the dishes we will tell you their history and that of typical products and local traditions. Afterwards we will enjoy lunch or dinner with a starter and concluding with a dessert, the classic tiramisu that we will prepare together. It will be an experience that you will carry with you forever, through which we want to transmit our passion for slow living, good food, nature and the products that every day offers us. Domenica and Stefano are a lovely husband and wife team. They teach about the local foods and ingredients, all of which are either from their cute country house where the event takes place or local to Noci where they’re both from. Very convenient location from Alberobello or nearby towns. They generously provided many foods and drinks to try between cooking and then we ate together - family style. Great conversation. Would definitely recommend this class, great value and cultural experience to learn about authentic Puglian foods. We made two pastas an tiramisu - all very delicious!

It was a perfect evening with super delicious food. There were many different appetizers from our own garden or the region, 2 different local pastas from which we learned a lot and a homemade tiramisu. In addition delicious wine around good conversations in a real Italian home with super friendly hosts. Highly recommended!

It was fantastic! Domenica and Stefano are really great, lovely people and very welcoming. The cooking class was fantastic. And everything in their own homes. We ate delicious, everything home made and from our own garden. So nice that Domenica and Stefano had dinner with us. Definitely recommended if you have a cooking workshop in Puglia.

We had the most beautiful experience typical of Puglia with exceptional hosts. Domenica and Stefano welcomed us warmly as family members in a beautiful location. What better way to cook fresh pasta and tiramisu with local ingredients surrounded by nature and accompanied by their adorable dogs Bella, Olivia and Tata. Thank you again Domenica and Stefano for your hospitality! Hoping to revisit you on a Saturday to enjoy pizza.;) Otherwise, it's our turn to make you discover Montreal! Ciao xx

What an exceptional experience we had with lovely Domenica and her husband Stefano! After being warmly welcomed into their lovely summer home, having enjoyed a nice coffee, Dominica taught us how to make an authentic Tiramisu. After this we learned how to make orecchiette and cavatelli. While boiling these pasta, Domenica served us a very diverse plate of antipasti, which we ate together while having beautiful conversations with the both of them. The beauty of it all is that really everything that was used to prepare the meals is local or homemade, and you get a real feel of the passion they both share for cooking and sharing g their passion with total strangers. If you are looking for a unique and special activity during your stay in the Puglia region, then this cooking class is a real MUST do! When we return to Puglia we will definitely visit Domenica and Stefano again.

Located in the beautiful countryside of Noci! Arrived to an authentic country cottage as strangers and left as friends! Domenica and her husband Stephano welcomed us into their home. We prepared an amazing tiramisu then followed up by hand made pasta! Domenica shared her ragu sauce with us and a fava pesto! Two unique flavours! Pranzo was just as authentic as you can get! We had homemade olives, focaccia and rappini! We enjoyed a bottle of local wine shared stories of Canada and our winters in Alberta. They could hardly believe the cold we experience out west! My husband was apprehensive about the experience but he LOVED it. Highly recommend! Never know they might visit us in Canada one day! 5 stars for this experience!

Domenica and Stefano were the perfect hostesses. They welcomed us into their home with warm words and sweet smiles and proceeded to teach us how to make tiramisu and two homemade Apuglian pastas. They showed us how to make two sauces and then Domenica put out a spread of antipasti, her homemade focaccia bread and delicious tirali, then we ate a lovely dinner with them. When we were finished eating, we asked for a tour of their garden, from which most of the ingredients were harvested. It was an amazing experience.

We had an unforgettable evening. Domenica and stefano made us taste plenty of local produce, from the garden and homemade. Just 1 tip: do not eat before arriving at their home because the dishes are very hearty and delicious.
