Wonderful morning in a beautiful farmhouse. Our instructure Rafaella was very attentive, professional and provided informative tips and instructions. The food we prepared was delicious!! We came a group of 4: two adults and two teenagers, and we all had a very pleasant and unique experience.

We enjoyed the cooking class very much. Rafaella explained the recepies and also told a lot about Umbrian cuisine in general. Afterwards we had a wonderfull home-cooked lunch in the garden! We would recommend this course to anyone!

The experience was wonderful. It was everything we expected and more. Raffaella is a great host, her home is inviting. Her passion for cooking as well as sharing that knowledge and including her guests in every step was appreciated. Highly recommended

The cooking class wonderful. Loved the setting in Raffaella’s kitchen and prep room. She was a great host and teacher. We made a chocolate pear cake, eggplant parmigiana, homemade tagliatelle (without a machine), asparagus and sausage sauce for the pasta, and pork tenderloin with grapes, garlic and juniper berries. Her mother-in-laws homemade red wine. Made for a fun time and a great meal. I would recommend to anyone.

It was perfect. I didn’t realize this had not been posted. It is 100% worthwhile. You will create incredible food and learn a lot. I have taken a cooking class in Tuscany before. This was even better.

The perfect Perugian style cooking class, period! Raffaella, and her “Sprinkle With Flower” Perugian style Italian cooking is remarkable. She is an amazing chef, an amazing teacher and produces a comfortable enviroment very conducive to learning and enjoying the experience as well as producing a wondeful meal in the end. All of the ingredients are locally sorced, including the Olive Oil and red wine from her beautiful 25 acre farm. If you have an opportunity to work with her do not miss out. You will be sorry if you do. It truly made our Italian vacation.

Wonderfully well organized by Rafaella! She taught us how to make a 4 course meal for 4 in 2 hrs. Rafaella is an amazing teacher; she is able to demonstrate all cooking skills needed and then work with you so you really can do all the recipes when you get home. Loved staying at her property with olive trees and grape vines! Enjoyed an afternoon private guided tour in Assisi and a second tour in Perugia with chocolate tasting and visiting a ceramics studio. Definitely would do again!

Me and my mother had the 5-day cooking course. We had a wonderful time! The recipes are diverse and tasteful, Reffaela’s explanations are great, very clear and easy to understand. The farm is very nice, and the afternoon activities are very interesting.

Raffaella is a wonderful host. She is very prepared and organized. My husband and i really enjoyed our class because it was a very authentic experience. We were welcomed into raffaellas house and spent several hours making a 4 course meal including pasta. It was very interesting discussing food and Italian life. I would highly recommend the experience.

Raffealla was a phenomenal host. She is funny. She doesn't expect you to know how to cook, but doesn't treat you like a novice. It is a skill. We did the one day lesson, but I would go back to do a longer one. We were two couples with another couple and a single person who was staying there. It is really hands on. You do the work and she teaches you. Then . . . there is the feast! Eating the food you cooked with some wine. Perfect.
