Walking through the market with your instructor is a truly eye-opening experience and a great introduction to Thai food culture.

After the market visit, the experience continues with a hands-on cooking class where you will learn to prepare authentic Thai dishes step by step. One of the highlights is making curry paste from scratch using fresh herbs and spices with a traditional mortar and pestle. You will also learn about the preparation of coconut milk and how it is used in many Thai recipes.
