5.00Be sure they have your cell phone number. That’s how we located our driver. Late arrival and took a while to find each other. Worked out fine in the end.

3.00Of the four "luxury" transports we booked for this trip, this was the least luxurious. The ride was a 10 year old Lexus that had seen better days. The driver did not speak any English, so it was a very quiet ride. He did come to meet us in the terminal and helped with our luggage. It was an unusually stormy day, so he was late to arrive, but he got us to our hotel straight away. So, nothing was "wrong", but the comfort of the ride did not compare to the others we booked. I'm sure it was still easier/nicer than a cab though.

5.00Being my first time, vacationing in Japan. My comfort level of taking the rail to my hotel and dragging my luggage in unfamiliar territory wasn’t exactly appealing. This service got me to my hotel. Overall, I am satisfied and probably would use them again. The communication was good via WhatsApp. My driver msg the day of my flight and instructed to msg him as soon as we landed. I followed the request and the next request was to head out of arrivals and head to the information booth bypassing the other transport services holding up name cards. I was expecting, my driver to be holding up, a name card, instead he described the color of his clothing so this was a little unorthodox. Other than that, he got us to our hotel safely.

1.00Flight was cancelled for 24 hours. They wouldn't refund. It was 24 hrs of their time. Wouldn't provide any refund and said wasn't their problem.

1.00The driver did not show up at the airport. We looked for him for an hour. No one knew of the company. At the end we had to get a taxi. He refused to refund me.
