5.00They were waiting with a name plate outside the airport terminal. Contacted us when inside to say where they would meet us. The driver even stopped and got us some water out of his own money. Very lovely helpful people always smiling. Great service. Thank you

5.00Everything was perfect. I would recommend, I was sent WhatsApp messages of where to find them. I was worried as it took me a long time to get through passport control but they waited for me. Car was clean and air conditioned. Good value, safe, convenient.

5.00Very reliable. Tho was our contact person, and was waiting outside at pillar 11. It was hard to find the sign as it had several names on it. But we manage to communicate on whatsapp. We had to wait a bit, as our car and driver needed to be called, and they mixed up our specific booked car. Even though with the mishap, the journey was good and we felt safe all the way to our destination.
Excellent. Difficult to imagine better.

5.00Perfect taxi experience to and from Hanoi airport. On arrival, driver waiting with sign and very comfortable limousine. On departure, driver arrived on time at hotel and smooth trip out to output despite typhoon rainstorm. No problem dropping off one person at international, other at domestic terminals. Excellent communication on both trips. Will definitely use again on my next trip to Hanoi. Final point: when I checked out of hotel, the receptionist commented that it was a good idea to have a car pre-booked, as ride share app was having trouble due to traffic/weather conditions.
