Busy airport took a while to track down the guide, otherwise very friendly and efficient service. Transfer time is 45mins to French quarter, crazy traffic.

Driver didn't speak English and made the communication difficult. He didn't follow the suggested route and made it little bit stressful. But he took us to the destination. I suggest people to install the Grab app and book a ride which is very dependable.

Pickup at the airport was good. Even with a huge flight delay, Mr Tho was there on time and waited until my flight landed. He asked me to wait for the driver that came fast and took me to the hotel with no issues.
