What an amazing afternoon cruising Hanoi in old army Jeep with Johnny and Ta our guides. Full of information, local landmarks and great experiences including some real insights into how everyday Hanoian’s live. Loved the local drinks including coffee and beer and the amazing hidden cafe/bar at the end. Highly recommend.

We took a tour of the countryside outside of Hanoi. Our guide Finn was excellent and very knowledgeable. We had an amazing home cooked meal at a homestay where we were made to feel like part of the family.

What a fantastic way to explore the highlights of Hanoi! There was so much to see, and it was great riding in the open-top Jeep. Louis was a fantastic, fun, and knowledgeable guide, and he took us to a delicious lunch at The Hidden Cafe at the end of the tour. The lunch was amazing, and it ended with a Vietnamese egg coffee. Try it, you'll be surprised how delicious it is!!!

Anni, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lucky, our Jeep driver was a great driver. It was a fun way to see many of the highlights of Hanoi. We enjoyed the coffee break at Train St and the stop at the Long Bien Bridge - built by the French and construction techniques similar to the Eiffel Tower.

We did our Hanoi backstreet Jeep tour with Jim as our tour guide and Mr Lucky as our driver. They took us to many amazing locations and it was a great way to see most corners of the city, as well as a local community. Jim’s knowledge about both the city and about food was very helpful, as was our successful visit to train street at just the right time to see the train — which not all tours can successfully facilitate due to police blockades, closures, and train timetables generally. There were some refreshments provided at train street and waters throughout the day, and the admission fee to the University of Literature was covered. There was one other couple with us, so it’s almost a private tour! The tour ends at a great cafe where you can enjoy a good quality egg coffee or egg chocolate. Thank you for a great way to explore the city in a short amount of time, best for short term stays in Hanoi!
