Always provides details of the car you expect including make, registration plate. I have used this service multiple times for airport transfer, Hanoi to Ninh Binh and Tam Coc.

5.00Hoang arranged a fabulous trip to Ninh Binh for our group of 12. He provided us with a very comfortable MiniBus and a knowledgeable guide. We also did our airport transfers through him and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them.

The car was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made the long drive very pleasant. He drove safely and smoothly, and even offered water along the way. I really appreciated his kindness and the fact that he helped with my luggage at the airport. The whole trip was relaxing and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling between Ninh Binh and Hanoi Airport!
