We had a lovely experience seeing the main sites of the city. Our tour guide James was amazing and took us to local spots as well as knew a ton of information. He was extremely interesting and funny as well. He also spent a ton of time giving us local tips and tricks as well as food recommendations. If you want a great tour definitely go with him!

Peter is an outstanding tour guide with lots of knowledge and very passionate for his profession. It is not usual to find someone who is so young and passionate, and has so much love for his city and country that he finds joy in sharing it with the world. The highlites of the tour were Hoa Lo Prison (aka. Hanoi Hilton) as well as Train Street where passenger trains come with in inches of you as you enjoy a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee.

First time in Hanoi and we had Max do the private tour. He was amazing, he gave us options and was flexible with ideas and times. He gave us so much information about all the places we visited and answered all the questions we had. He was also really funny so it made the tour so much fun!

Tour guide Tom was fantastic. He had great energy and he was very knowledgeable about the religious and war history of Vietnam. I loved the 'Train Street' experience and it was sobering visiting Hoa Lo prison (still highly recommended). The Pagoda was beautiful and interesting too. Thanks Tom for a great morning that I will never forget! And thanks to the safe driver on the tour
