James was excellent and very enthusiastic about his city and making sure we saw what we wanted to see. There was a problem with the bridge so trains were not running on the normal train street that day, but he rang around and found an alternative train street and got us there ten minutes before the train arrived which was superb.

What a fantastic experience! Pete has been one of the best tour guides we have ever had: very knowleageable, articulate and accommodating. We actually saw him with another tour and grabbed his details to have a tour with him! We learnt so much about Hanoi and its history, 100% recommend!
