We had a group of 12, ranging in age from 5 to 75. Chung handled our group with patience and did a great job providing just the right level and speed of information for what we could handle. We would definitely book with him again!

Booked a layover tour on my way to Phu Quoc and got Kai for my guide. Although my flight was delayed and I had a shortened time, I still got to see everything I wanted to on my list. He’s young but very knowledgeable about the city and a great guide with good English skills. The driver was great and waited for me a long time with my delayed flight and long immigration lines. Felt super safe leaving my luggage and bag inside the car while Kai took me around.

James was an excellent tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He was especially considerate of my elderly parents, always adjusting the pace and making sure they were comfortable throughout the tour. His warm personality and thoughtful approach made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with family, especially seniors.

We did the half day city tour with Max and it was a fantastic experience. Saw the key highlights of Hanoi on our list while learning about the history of the city. Max was very hospitable and kind and ensured we got everything we wanted out of the morning. His knowledge of Hanoi and Vietnam’s history is unmatched! Max was also kind kind enough to recommend a fantastic local spot for lunch once the tour concluded and even gave us his food recommendation lists for Hanoi, Hoi An and Sapa which we have already taken advantage of! Highly recommend this and request Max as your guide!
