We had a great time with our guide Sandy. She met us at the hotel early and spoke through the plans for the day. She was willing to add any site we wanted or adjust the plan if we had already seen something on our own previously. She was very informative and kind, handling logistics like entry ticket purchases and water purchases (included in tour cost). We had an excellent driver who would pick us up right outside each stop and expertly maneuvered through the busy and somewhat unruly traffic. Each stop was excellent but personal highlights included having drinks along the Train road to watch the train arrive, the Tran Quoc Pagoda, and the old French-built steel bridge from the 1800s. We finished exactly on time and they dropped us off at a restaurant for lunch at our request. Overall, excellent tour and very relaxing experience seeing highlights of charming Hanoi.

Tom our guide was full of energy and made us laugh. Learning about the horrors of French Colonialism and how it inspired the Japanese and Nazis during WW2 was something we were not aware of.

This was a very good tour. My guide, Peter, reqlly helped me see all the things I wanted to see from the National Assembly, Mosleaum, President's house, Hanoi Hilton, etc. I rewlly appreciate all the information he gave me, and that he let me totally be a tourist, taking pictures at random spots. This is a reqlly great tour. I would suggest people who take this tour look at the city to wee the things they want to do and really delve into it. I wish I has known earlier about the Citadel and Opera House. I eould have asked to go insde these things, alongside the Mosleaum. . This is the tourto take for it.

We had such a wonderful time on our tour with Peter! It was our first day in Hanoi, and Peter made sure we were well acquainted with the city, and had a lot of fun while doing it! Peter was an absolute delight, and I can’t recommend a tour with him enough!

We had a lovely experience seeing the main sites of the city. Our tour guide James was amazing and took us to local spots as well as knew a ton of information. He was extremely interesting and funny as well. He also spent a ton of time giving us local tips and tricks as well as food recommendations. If you want a great tour definitely go with him!

Peter is an outstanding tour guide with lots of knowledge and very passionate for his profession. It is not usual to find someone who is so young and passionate, and has so much love for his city and country that he finds joy in sharing it with the world. The highlites of the tour were Hoa Lo Prison (aka. Hanoi Hilton) as well as Train Street where passenger trains come with in inches of you as you enjoy a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee.
