Our Tour Guide Sandy was really friendly and efficient , arriving early to meet us and messaging beforehand. She asked us where we were interested in visiting and tailored the trip accordingly. We felt relaxed and safe as she organised drop offs and pick ups with the driver. We visited The Mausoleum. Maison Centrale Prison, Festival Street, The indoor market, Train Street ( with a coffee break) and The West Lake Pagoda. Everywhere we went Sandy was able to explain the history and cultural significance -her english was excellent and she pointed out things of interest as we went. We had a really interesting and enjoyable trip.

Great day exploring Hanoi with Jenny. She was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Picked us up at our Airbnb and we spent a wonderful half day together.

The guide Luke was more interested in asking personal questions than showing us sights. He told us that most sights were closed. He wanted to drop us at a mall for souvenir shopping for an hour before taking us to Ho chi min mausoleum. We cut the tour short because of this. Nothing was planned and I had to tell him the sights that was listed in the description. I read the reviews before deciding on this tour and was very disappointed with the service. We were offered taxi service instead of a car like it’s mentioned in the description. I would not recommend this tour. The only positive aspect of the tour was the train street.
