There was nothing wrong about this tour but for the price it was very mediocre. The tour page itinerary makes it seem like you will be able to visit all the sites listed. That is not true, you will basically see 3-4 in person, maybe one or two in the car as you quickly drive past it. The guide was nice, his english was comprehensible 60%-70% of the times, but you're not getting the type of information depth you would hope with a private (arguably expensive) tour guide. He didn't have a background in anything related to the tour. He just knew some facts and spoke some english. The train experience is cool, but be aware that it basically eats 50% of your time. You dont need a guide for it, and you even pay for your own coffee. Overall, a list of places to visit and a quick GPT search would have sufficed when paired with the Grab taxi app. But it was still a pleasant way to spend half the day. I'm not complaining just being honest about the experience we had. I've had far more enriching private tours. If it was half the price I would feel better about this purchase and my time.

Sandy made of our one day stay a great experience. She is very friendly and knows very well the history and shared also a lot of information about the culture. She was willing to answer all questions with excellent communication skills.

This is such a great introduction to Hanoi - I did it on my first day. You get to see parts of the old quarter, French quarter, so many cultural sites.
