Max was an amazing and informative tour guide. He accommodated our last minute pick up location and time change as we were busy watching game 7 of the World Series and squeezed in everything we needed to see in the reduced time we caused. The tour finished with his recommendation of the best banh mi we've ever had. If you want to have a great overview of Hanoi's landmarks and history this isn't to be missed.

We had a great tour today with Kai and his driver. Kai gave great information on the tour and was great company. I would recommend this tour if you are only in Hanoi for a short time.

We did a private tour with Tom (Tùng). He was outstanding! His English is excellent. He was patient, polite and highlighted a lot of key points and important tidbits throughout the visit. We would highly recommend him as a guide.

Very nice tour in Hanoi. The guide really tried to give us a good tour and she succeeded. The highlight of the tour was trainstreet where were lucky to get to see two trains passing in 30 minutes. We can highly recommend this tour.

We got a late start due to the logistics between tour guide (late) and driver (punctual). The proficiency of English was a little rough. Other than that, they got us around to see Hanoi’s highlights and let us set the pace for a decent tour.

We only had a day in Hanoi, so we needed a tour that would present all the highlights of the city. Max did a great job of answering all of our questions and providing detailed information about the sites we were seeing. We especially liked the train street, and Max’s contacts at the restaurant we stopped at, made sure we had a front row seat. He was very accommodating at taking pictures of us at the various stops. If you only have a short time in Hanoi, or want a quick overview before an extended stay, this is the tour for you!
