Really enjoyed the whole tour. While Train street was a highlight Tran Quoc Pagoda was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the handicraft store supporting those with disabilities

Sandy provided so much information at each of the sites far exceeding expectations. Having also an additional driver meant that we could move swiftly around town whilst Sandy continue to update us on the history.

We were there for only two nights and this tour was perfect to see it all in so little time. Our guide was so good I don’t remember her name but she’s kind caring and very knowledgeable.

Fun! Lives up to its name. Up close to a moving train in a cozy expanse of old Hanoi. Ann our guide was responsive, flexible and full of facts.

Sandy did an absolutely incredible job guiding us through the hectic streets of the Old Quarter. She showed us amazing corners of peace and serenity including the West and Sword Lake Pagodas. She answered every question we had and helped us understand the detailed history and culture of every site we visited. Sandy and our driver had a great system for pickup/drop off at each site, making the experience super smooth and painless for us. We would definitely recommend this tour of Hanoi's Old Quarter!

We began our visit to Vietnam with a half-day city tour of Hanoi with James. James was knowledgeable about the sites we visited but we were disappointed not to get to several of the sites that were listed on the proposed itinerary such as the Temple of Literature or the Dong Xuan market. We were told it was due to his desire to make the tour smoother and avoid time in traffic. We also struggled somewhat to understand his English, but he tried his best.

We did a half-day Hanoi City tour with Kai and were very satisfied with the experience. Kai was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us great insights into the history and culture of the city. The tour was well-paced and covered several key sights, making it a great introduction to Hanoi. One recommendation for future travellers: consider doing this tour in the morning. A few of the major sites were closed in the afternoon meaning we missed a few of the attractions, so a morning tour would allow you to experience everything without any limitations. Overall, a very enjoyable tour with a great guide.
