5.00Tony was amazing. He provided insight, stories, education, and so much fun on the tour. It was a small group which felt amazing. We took our time, chatted a lot, and ate some truly delicious food. He brought us to hidden gems, including beef noodle soup in someone’s living room. What a treat. Definitely book this tour with Tony to help learn how street food works and to make the most of your street food experience in Hanoi.

5.00Amazing. Tony brought us to wonderful places. Places I would never venture into or find. Not only were all the dishes delicious, but Tony also taught us how to eat the dishes- like chopsticks in one hand and spoon in the other! He also taught us how to personalize the foods to our liking. He is a great teacher! The time was well paced, not to fast or slow. And, I didn’t feel obligated to eat all food presented. Would highly recommend this tour. Do it at soon as you can after arriving in Hanoi and you will be happy.

5.00A fantastic food tour through the streets of Hanoi with Tony, a kind, charismatic and knowledgeable guide who introduced us to multiple delicious foods. We took our 9 month son with us, and were made to feel so welcome from Tony and all the shop owners due to Tony’s strong relationships. Cannot recommend more!

5.00Really informative and fun! We are very glad we did this tour with Tony. He took us to many hidden spots in places we never would have discovered on our own. Be prepared to venture down narrow alleys and keep pace on the busy streets and your reward will be delicious bites and interesting history and stories! We found this one a fun adventure that left us full & satisfied. Tony is fun too. Do it!

5.00Great foods, very good info on the local culture. Also a detailed explanation on how to understand Vietnamese food and how to properly adjust flavors to match your own taste. It would be best to do this in beginning of your trip so you can better traverse Vietnams culinary world.

5.00What a gem of Hanoi, Tony does two different types of food tour one is for the less brave. We chose that and it was fantastic. We went into hidden alleyways to family homes to have authentic Vietnamese cuisine. His knowledge of the origin of the dishes added to the whole experience.. we went to nine different places and it was a good way to burn some calories. By taking this tour we certainly had samples of all the northern Vietnamese food choices. Would do it it again for sure.

5.00Brilliant “bold and adventurous” tour with Tony. Highly recommend if you want to dig deeper into Vietnamese cuisine and try the foods locals eat regularly - bulat (fertilised duck egg - actually delicious), snails, fried eel noodles, to name a few. Tony most definitely is the most handsome guide in Hanoi - but also knowledgeable, funny, and with good local connections. We contacted Tony the day before and he fit us right in the next day without issue, just contact him on WhatsApp or through his platforms. Top man.

5.00An absolutely amazing experience to have in Hanoi. Tony is one of the most genuine, happy, and friendly person I've had the pleasure of meeting on my trip in Vietnam. Myself and a friend took his 'Bold and Curious Tour' which included, snails, fried eel, pork ear, and the famous balut! And that's just naming a few of the beautiful dishes he introduced us to. Tony took us to many local places you wouldn't think to try. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam, and Hanoi, especially regarding the food. I'd recommend Tony's tour to absolutely everyone visiting Hanoi, whether you want to taste iconic timeless dishes, or be brave and go for the more unusual. Either way with Tony, you're going to have an amazing time!
