5.00Louis our guide and Thom our driver were incredible. Let me start with Thom the driver. He was cautious in Chaos. Traffic is not for the faint of heart here and he navigates like a pro. Next Louis. Oh what can I say. He was kind and smart and just so personable. His telling of the Hanoi Hilton was quite dofferemt from what we had been told so it was an interesting perspective. He took us to some gorgeous temples and a little shopping. However my favorite part was just sitting having an egg cream coffee ( which is delicious by the way) and talking about life in Vietnam. Ask for Louis if you book this tour!!!

Our day trip to Hanoi was exceptional, Mai our guide was so informative regarding history, culture Took us to as many points of interests that she could, the experience of train street was amazing. Lunch was delicious, Our driver was first class navigating the Hanoi traffic which something else !

5.00Excellent service, pick up at port. Private transfer and car for the whole day. Binh our guide was amazing and he was very knowledgeable on the history of the area and Vietnam as a whole. We did the street food option lunch and it was super, we tried 10 different dishes in 4 places plus egg coffee, all very tasty. Would highly recommend this tour.

5.00Very smooth experience. Collected from cruise terminal in a very spacious, clean car. Transported to Hanoi to meet our english speaking tour guide Tom. He was very polite knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Took all our photos, bought all admission tickets, Took us to authentic restaurant for our lunch which was very good. Settled us on our tri shaw ride around the Old Quarter. Visited Railway street where he knew the cafe owners and got us a good table next to the tracks. Visited so many attractions in our 11 hours. Great day out.

5.00An amazing tour to see the highlights of Hanoi with the excellent Jimmy as our guide. Our driver collected us from the ship and we had a smooth amd relaxing journey from Halong to Hanoi. We chose the street food lunch option and were delighted we did as we got to sample some wonderful local dishes such as pho, banh my and bun cha. Jimmy has a fantastic knowledge of the city and adjusted our itinerary to fit it our wishes topped off with a visit to train street as a train was coming through. After an exceptional day we were driven back to our ship filled with amazing memories.

5.00Excellent tour! The city of Hanoi is bustling and beautiful. Ha took us to spectacular places and the explanation he gave us of each of them was very interesting and complete. Trung, he moved us in a very clean van and his driving was very cautious. I definitely recommend this tour!!!!
