Linh and Money were fun and knowledgeable guides as well as excellent drivers. Each place we visited was amazing and authentic. It’s a great way to see the city and learn about the various foods Hanoi has to offer.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our evening with Jinny! She and her partner picked us up promptly from our hotel. It turned out just to be the 4 of us. They gave us the basic safety run down and we were off! We went to a place for bun cuon first. Then to the restaurant that Obama ate at with Anthony Bourdain which was a nice surprise! Then she took us to a Train St outside of the Old Quarter where the trains pass faster! Then we rode to the West Lake area to try a few other dishes. We were STUFFED at this point. The guides don't normally eat with you, so we had to force them to so the food didn't go to waste. Lastly was a dessert spot for flan (caramel) or sticky rice. They offered to take drop us off elsewhere but we chose to go back to the hotel. I felt perfectly safe on the motorbike. Jinny's English was perfect. And I felt we visited local authentic spots that didnt cater to tourists. And being able to visit a different Train St was fun too!

This was a great tour for a single person. We were supposed to have 6 stops but there was so much food that I asked that we skipped one of the later venues. I loved that in one part of the tour we drove down some of the tiny back alleys. A way to see another side of the city. Recommended.
