We will guide you through numerous areas of Hanoi that you might not see or even imagine otherwise, from the maze of winding backstreets to the hidden Red River Countryside and iconic Train Street. Tasting some of the most delicious dishes the city has to offer. Additionally, we’ll pass by and check off many of the city’s famous landmarks, such as the stunning French boulevards, the hectic Old Quarter, the charming Westlake and Truc Bach Lake, the famous Long Bien Bridge, the Opera House, Ba Dinh Square, and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Brilliantly organised and perfectly timed. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, making it a stress-free and seamless experience. Fantastic guide. Kai was knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly friendly. He shared so much insight about Hanoi’s history, culture, and daily life. Very safe and professional. Both Kai and Quang were excellent drivers. We felt completely safe navigating the busy streets of Hanoi. So much fun! A great mix of adventure, culture, and local experience.     We had another wonderful tour with Hanoi Backstreet Tours. So much fun and adventure. Oggy was a fantastic funny guide, very informative. Loved the jokes and the singing. All the drivers were lovely and caring and took great care of us.

    This was beyond a 5-star experience! We had the most amazing time with Minh and Loi. From the very beginning, my friend and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed on the motorbike tour. They safely guided us all around the city, showing us hidden corners we never would have found on our own. We also went to the famous train café streets and it truly felt like a rollercoaster weaving through the streets and narrow alleys between buildings. Minh and Loi were incredibly informative, sharing so much about the culture and history, and keeping the energy fun and light. It never felt like a scripted tour it felt like exploring the city with friends. We got to try delicious traditional snacks along the way and ended the night at Hidden Gem Café with an incredible meal and authentic egg coffee, which was the perfect finale to the evening. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique, exciting, and unforgettable experience!

    We did a motorbike tour in Hanoi with a group of 16, and it was one of the best organized and most enjoyable experiences we had. The drivers were professional, experienced, and made everyone feel safe right away — which says a lot considering Hanoi traffic. They handled everything with confidence, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy the ride. The itinerary was well thought out. We stopped at Train Street, rode through local residential neighborhoods, crossed the historic Long Biên Bridge, and made our way into the countryside for a completely different view of the area. It wasn’t just tourist highlights — we saw real, everyday life. The food stop at the end was excellent. Authentic, fresh, and a great way to wrap up the tour. What stood out most was how smoothly they managed a group of 16. Everything ran on time, communication was clear, and the guides were knowledgeable and engaging without overdoing it. If you want a comprehensive overview of Hanoi in a short amount of time — and you want to do it in a way that’s both fun and efficient — this tour delivers. Highly recommend.

    My husband and I went on the tour with Hai and Huang. Both of them were extremely polite Hai is an excellent guide! He is very good in the Vietnamese history which made the tour very interesting Although traffic is mad in Hanoi, they both made us feel very safe! I would definitely recommend both of them and especially Hai as a guide! Thank you!
