What To Expect
Harbin winter is extremely cold, the city with ice and snow, you had better to have a set of local cotton-padded clothing equipment, you can enjoy the ice and snow festival, Harbin scenic spots cold are more than 30 degrees below zero, Harbin ice and snow entry ticket is around RMB600 a ticket, you should enjoy it with right wearing,our clothing protects you against the cold. Don't worry about odors or viruese as clothes and shoes are disinfected inside and outside for each customer. Clothes are also regularly washed or dry cleaned as necessary.

5.00Perfect from head to toe. We stayed so warm and comfortable while walking around Harbin in Feb. The transaction is super easy as they delivered to our hotel and picked up the clothes from the concierge after. We had a hat, neck scarf, coat, pants, gloves, & boots, which fit great. We would rent again when in Harbin in Winter.

5.00We are from Seattle, Washington and are used to cold weather, so we thought we had warm enough clothes for our trip to Harbin, but they were not! Luckily, and thank goodness, Harbin rents the prefect warm clothes that kept us nice and cozy the whole time in Harbin. Samantha gave wonderful service, drop off & pick up the clothes to/from the concierge. Head to toe, we were so comfortable: furry hat, neck/face warmer, long puffy jacket, pants, gloves & boots - all perfect. We never felt a bit cold at all in -12C. Thank you Samantha!

5.00Couldn’t recommend this service more! When we arrived in Harbin our clothing was waiting for us at the hotel and everything fit perfectly! We hired boots, pants, long coat, gloves and neck warmers and everything was clean, comfortable and easy to layer and move around in. A cold wave came through getting to -34 degrees and we are so relieved we decided to rent from Samantha! Nothing we brought from home would be warm enough and this meant we were comfortable and able to enjoy our entire trip. I was very stressed about buying the right clothing in advance and packing it all, and this meant I did not need to worry at all. We highly recommend this service!

Excellent quality of products, which allowed us to live the glacial experience of Harbin without a hitch. We used winter clothing staying out from morning to night for two days and had no problems. Also excellent communication!

5.00We were a group of 4 people, and have stayed 1 week in Harbin. The clothes we hired from Harbin Winter Warm Clothing Rental were absolutely perfect. They were clean, incredibly warm and a perfect fit (no problem with the sizes we gave them at all). . Delivery was made to our hotel and the bags were already there on our arrival. Everything has been very easy. Communication with the company has been also spotless. Higly recommended!!! Without the clother it is impossible to enjoy Harbin.

5.00The clothes we hired from Harbin Winter Warm Clothing Rental were absolutely perfect for the icy cold Harbin weather. They were clean, incredibly warm and a perfect fit. After making the booking, we were contacted and asked to provide our clothes and shoe sizes as well as our hotel details. Delivery was made to our hotel and we were able to pick them up from reception at our leisure. When leaving, we were able to leave the bag of clothes with hotel reception to be picked up. The whole process was easy and seamless.

Being from a warmer climate, we weren't prepared for approx. -20°C temperatures, but the clothes we rented were high-quality, clean, and kept us perfectly warm. I am over 6 ft tall and was concerned about finding clothes in the right size, but Samantha was very responsive in making sure everything fit correctly. It saved us so much luggage space and money compared to buying new gear. Highly recommend for any travelers visiting the Ice and Snow World!
