Great Harry Potter tour, our guide Hazel was incredible, very charming person, and very helpful, her deep information not only on the matter of the tour but also on Edinburgh history and culture, gave us a better understanding and learning. Many thanks

I really enjoyed our tour and our tour guide was fantastic! He had a great sense of humor and had a smooth flow throughout the tour. He had a great Harry Potter spirit. I unfortunately cannot remember his name. The tour itself highlighted a lot of J.K. Rowlings life and inspiration of her book during her time in Edinburgh. It’s a great walk around the city. There is a lot of walking at in incline, stairs, and uneven pavement so I would say wear good comfortable shoes. If you are going during late November definitely dress really warm with a hat, scarf and gloves because it was cold and windy lengthy tour! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone though!

It was very fun but if you’re a super fan like me you won’t really learn anything new. Still very cool to see some sights though! be aware it’s going to be a LOT of walking.

We are traveling in Scotland with the whole family, from my ten year old twins to my eighty year old parents, and everyone loved this tour. Our kids are Harry Potter diehards and Hazel was incredibly knowledgeable about the places and things that inspired JK Rowling in writing the books. But she also knows her Scottish History so even those in our group who don’t know Harry Potter learned and enjoyed. There’s a lot of walking which we loved. We went in the winter so it was chilly. Dress warmly if you do the same with lots of layers. There were so many surprises and delights packed into two hours. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Scotland. And ask for Hazel if you can. Our kids feel like they made a new best friend. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious. She clearly loves what she does.
