The whole experience, including transportation, takes approximately 7.5 hours (subject to traffic conditions); the studio tour itself lasts 4 hours and the exact departure time from the Studio will be given on the day, which is usually 4 hours from the time of arrival at the Studio.
Please note that the time shown is the departure time from Victoria Coach Station and not the entry time at the Studio. Boarding starts 15 minutes before the departure time selected.
For child (aged 3 & 4) the rates apply for the return transportation.
Infant (aged 2 and under) travelling must be notified in advance.
Child and Youth must be accompanied by at least one Adult.

This is not an escorted tour; the package includes coach transfers and entry to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.
For those who wish to make their own way to the Studio (and do not require transfers), the tour operator (Premium Tours) must be informed in advance and they will confirm back with instructions.
Please select the ticket type carefully as you will not be able to change the ticket type on the day and selecting the incorrect ticket type may result in being refused travel.
For the safety of the public and the protection of the Studio Tour, visitors may be subjected to a bag and/or personal search on entry. Certain items are prohibited from entering the tour including knives and bladed weapons, alcohol or illegal drugs, CS / pepper spray or anything which could be considered a security risk.

Customers can bring luggage on the coach and leave coats, bags, or suitcases securely at the Warner Bros. Studio cloakroom during the visit; food cannot be stored. Please note that luggage cannot be left on the coach during the visit at the Studio as vehicles or drivers may change for operational reasons.

5.00If you are a true Harry Potter fan, then this tour is for you! Truly gives you more appreciation for all the work that goes on behind the scenes and how it all comes together. My partner hadn’t seen all the movies and didn’t consider himself a fan. He was amazed and wanted to see all the movies after we left.

5.00Nothing to complain about overall: a truly magnificent experience. The settings are stunning and really make you feel as if you are inside the movies, exactly what visitors are hoping for. The staff were very kind and super friendly, and the facilities were numerous and well maintained throughout the studios. A couple of small downsides: before entering the cinema room, the introductory section with interviews from fans felt a bit too long and became slightly boring after a while. Also, food, drink and retail prices could definitely be cheaper. In a few areas, the visitor route felt a little dispersive and not always perfectly clear. A very nice touch was that the shuttle bus from the train station to the studios is included in the ticket price, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.

5.00I loved every moment of it. I loved seeing the making of all the films and it was a great day out. The only thing that lets it down is the price of food, it was extremely overpriced. The butter beer was really tasty I would recommend it. Brilliant place to visit for Harry Potter fans.
Premium tours not accessable for persons with wheelchair

2.00Premium tours was terrible since our daughter is using a wheelchair. When we booked the tickets we informed Premium tours of this fact but when we arrived to the coach station we were’nt allowed onboard the bus. So we had to take a taxi to and from the Harry Potter Experience. They also told is that they would come to the cashier at The Harry Potter experience and give is our tickets, but they never shower up. It seems that they are the only company using non accessable buses.

5.00Firstly. I missed the bus to this due to traffic and I was heartbroken. I just messaged support and they immediately got me on another tour that was leaving within 10 minutes. I was so grateful and I can’t say enough good things about Viator. I’ve always had wonderful experiences. The Harry Potter tour was great. We had plenty of time to explore and enjoy our time there, and it was also so cool to be on the actual set.

5.00My inner child lost her mind. This experience was three hours of absolute BLISS! If you are a Harry Potter fan, you will love every minute. BUT, if I could give one piece of advice, BOOK THE EARLIEST TOUR!!! We were the 10 am tour and the place was empty. It was fabulous. Once our tour ended, the entire place was so crowded with people and screaming children that I couldn't wait to get out. There is a bag storage area for backpacks which I highly recommend because you get to take a lot of photos and experience different activities throughout the tour. I highly recommend this tour. The coach ride to/from the site was very comfortable and had wifi and charging. The entire experience was fantastic!
