The gift shop is very big. Leave time for it. 45 minutes. Long but nice bus ride. Bring lots of money for the gift shop!

I enjoyed the whole experience. It was well planned. I had difficulty with my e ticket. I called Viator’s customer support. They answered and immediately assisted me. The Warner Bros studio is amazing. I highly recommend.

Great experience to see the sets and memorabilia from the movie. Also learned a lot about how the movies were made. Also Loved the passport idea, it helped us to interact with the experience. Also liked some of the photo opportunities and special gifts

Easy to book. Lots of communication. Thought we would have a bit more time there. Family took the coach from London. We met them there. All well organised. Have been to the Harry Potter studio tour before but it is now really organised and expanded . New exhibits and eating places too. Though it was busy it didn’t feel too crowded.

I had a great time!! I was just expecting the Harry Potter tour but our driver was awesome. I believe his name was Dave, and he was sharing his recommendations of places to see and pubs to try. He also gave us a some infomercial about London and the history as we were driving in/out of the city.

What an amazing visit. The facility is first rate and the staff is courteous and helpful. Most importantly the exhibits are fantastic. We arrived at 10:30 in the morning to very light crowds, probably because it was a Monday. In the afternoon it was much busier. We were there for about 4 hours. The food was great and the shopping was great too.

We booked through Viator as we could not book directly with WB London as all timeslots on our preferred day were booked. We paid more for the experience but had transport and could pick a suitable time.

Make sure you have plenty of time to explore and read. When they say 3 hours it’s three hours of just walking through. If you want to see and read it all, give yourself at least 4. There are so many amazing things to see! The audio add on was ok but I wouldn’t spend the money. We got so absorbed in all the things we kept forgetting to hit play.
