The whole experience, including transportation, takes approximately 7.5 hours (subject to traffic conditions); the studio tour itself lasts 4 hours and the exact departure time from the Studio will be given on the day, which is usually 4 hours from the time of arrival at the Studio.
Please note that the time shown is the departure time from Victoria Coach Station and not the entry time at the Studio. Boarding starts 15 minutes before the departure time selected.
For child (aged 3 & 4) the rates apply for the return transportation.
Infant (aged 2 and under) travelling must be notified in advance.
Child and Youth must be accompanied by at least one Adult.

This is not an escorted tour; the package includes coach transfers and entry to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.
For those who wish to make their own way to the Studio (and do not require transfers), the tour operator (Premium Tours) must be informed in advance and they will confirm back with instructions.
Please select the ticket type carefully as you will not be able to change the ticket type on the day and selecting the incorrect ticket type may result in being refused travel.
For the safety of the public and the protection of the Studio Tour, visitors may be subjected to a bag and/or personal search on entry. Certain items are prohibited from entering the tour including knives and bladed weapons, alcohol or illegal drugs, CS / pepper spray or anything which could be considered a security risk.

Customers can bring luggage on the coach and leave coats, bags, or suitcases securely at the Warner Bros. Studio cloakroom during the visit; food cannot be stored. Please note that luggage cannot be left on the coach during the visit at the Studio as vehicles or drivers may change for operational reasons.

5.00Great communication, easy to find meeting location and friendly folks greeting and driving the bus. The bus itself was convenient for traveling out to the Harry Potter Tour and the length of time spent there was sufficient in our opinion. FYI, I was thinking the chartered bus would have a bathroom like many chartered buses in the US but it did not (which was okay).

3.00The studios were great especially for Potter fans. As for a ‘tour’, the company provides transportation and the tickets ( you can buy them direct ). No tour to it. Just a bus ride.

5.00Great communication. You’re only at the midpoint of tour when you get to lunch: main eating area. This is not a leader led tour. Paying for the audio tour was not needed. We paid for them and didn’t use them. If you can read, you don’t need the audio tour. And if you can’t, you wouldn’t be interested in what they were sharing anyway. If you’re an HP fanatic like my daughter, you will not be done in time. We were able to take a later bus - just communicate with the team and they will share if there will be room on a later bus for your party. This studio tour far exceeded my already high expectations. I don’t see how anyone into HP could be disappointed with this. It’s mind blowing.

5.00Transport was very good, we were a bit late for the departure (it was requested to be there 15 mins before departure, but we only reached the entrance of the coach station by that time), but the lady called us to confirm if we are coming - which was lucky as otherwise I don't I would have had no clue from where the coach exactly departed from. When returning, they also checked twice that everyone was on board, to ensure no one was left at the studio premises. The exhibition is as expected, amazing! We could have spent more time there, as it sometimes took 5-10 minutes to queue at some spots to make a photo, but the bus had a scheduled departure, so we had to skip the shop to be on time. One more hour would have been good, though. Studio experience was wonderful.

4.00Good food for a food court, could have shared a burger with on other. Maybe the sit down theater experience was not necessary to set the pace.
