Had a great day out to the Longfoss waterfall. The waterfall was breathtaking and we had plenty of time to be able to enjoy the sight and sounds of the waterfall. Unfortunately, there had been a landslide and a road was closed and we didn't make it on the usual route. But our driver and guide made up for that with a scenery tour of the Fjord. Hans our guide was great, very knowledgable, shared local and Norwegian culture and history.

Unfortunately we were unable to go on this trip as our ship was unable to dock due to high winds. The tour operator was very understanding and gave us a refund despite the late notice. Communication before the tour was excellent with clear instructions regarding timing and meeting place. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to visit Haugesund in the future and we will certainly look to book this tour again.

Unfortunately we were unable to go on this trip as our ship was unable to dock due to high winds. Our tour operator was very understanding and gave us a refund despite the late notice. Would certainly use again if we return due to their kindness. The information we received before our trip was excellent and we were given lots of instructions regarding times and meeting place.

Although we couldn’t make this trip because our cruise ship couldn’t dock because of bad weather we were contacted proactively by the provider and they offered us a full refund which they didn’t need to do. They dealt with the situation in a very professional manner and would certainly recommend other people to use their services.

Unfortunately my wife experienced a bad fall at the waterfall on this trip. A fracture has been confirmed on a subsequent hospital visit and stay. This incident has obviously severely influenced not only this excursion but also the rest of our cruise (Haugesund was our first port of call!) My wife misjudged the depth of the step on to gravel at the very bottom of the set of wooden steps down to where the waterfall enters the fjord. May we suggest that something might be done to lessen the drop and that a handrail might be fitted to assist, particularly older folk

We had to cancel our experience due to unforseen circumstances. We informed Viator. There was no problem in getting a refund. Hope to try the experience another time.

Great trip. Got to see lots of things in the local vicinity before heading to the waterfall. The scenery is just amazing in this country. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny with it.

Really great excursion. Our guide was fantastic - really authentic and naturally conversational. He was full of interesting stories such as growing up in Haugesund as a boy etc
