Tour Guide
Langfoss Waterfall
Langfoss is a spectacular 612 meter long waterfall in Åkrafjorden. It’s so beautiful, that in 2011 CNN included it on their list of the worlds 10 most beautiful waterfalls. Langfoss finds itself in a fairy-like landscape, surrounded by steep mountains and wide hillsides, and small farms. This is the place to experience the real nature in it’s entirety. A trip to Langfoss is a must while visiting Haugalandet. IMPORTANT! A week before the day's tour we will send you a message with the final schedule of the tour. The departure time is set by the operator.
Haraldshaugen
Haraldshaugen is a beautiful national monument that commemorates the unification of Norway in a single kingdom. The monument was built in 1872 to commemorate the thousand years of Norwegian unification after the Battle of Hafrsfjord.

Jamie, our guide was informative providing us with a description of our journey and filling in with information about all things Norwegian. She even gave us a fun quiz to test our knowledge. We felt safe with our bus driver navigating the, at times, narrower parts of the road. The Langfoss waterfalls were spectacular!!! They were worth the journey. We made 2 brief stops to admire the views of 2 fjords and a third stop to enjoy a quick snack, washrooms and an incredible view. This tour was 100% worth every penny.
