The staff were knowledgeable and funny. Coach was very clean and comfortable. A lot cheaper than the cruise tour with the same name. I would recommend!

Fabulous trip to the Åkrafjorden & Langfoss waterfall by coach. Journey by coach was smooth and comfortable and we were entertained by our guide Hans. He was funny and knowledgeable sharing the stories of Norway. Would definitely recommend this trip.

We booked an excursion to see the waterfalls in Haugesund on the 1st of May 2026. The agency was located right at the port. We were two adults and a 10-month-old baby. The agent insisted that we had to purchase a separate ticket for our child (€60), claiming he would be given his own seat with a car seat on the bus. This was completely false. No car seat was provided, and our baby had to stay in our arms for the entire trip. We were charged €60 for a service that was never delivered. This feels like a deliberate scam and a clear case of misleading customers. We have taken multiple excursions in Norway with our child, and no other company has ever required payment for a 10-month-old baby, especially without providing basic safety equipment. After our experience I strongly advise others to avoid this company. The nature is beautiful, but 92 € is too much to see a 30-minute waterfall and 10-minute fjords

We took an excursion to see the waterfall in Haugesund. The agency was located directly at the port. We were two adults and one 10-month-old child. The agent told us that we had to buy a separate ticket for the child because he would have his own seat on the bus with a car seat (the price for the child was €60). However, no car seat was provided, and throughout the entire trip our child had to stay in our arms (I even have a photo as proof). To me, this felt like the company unfairly charged us €60. It was quite surprising, as we have taken many excursions in Norway with our child, and this is the first company that required payment for a 10-month-old baby. I absolutely do not recommend this company! But the nature and scenery are stunning — no complaints about that.

The guide was very knowledgeable, given his family heritage was all in the area. The bus was newer and well maintained. The waterfall was very nice, but other stops were not as inspiring. It’s probably just that there’s not that much of interest to see at this cruise stop.
