Pre-Pickup Reminder Call One hour before the scheduled pickup time, the customer receives a reminder call from our team. During this call, we confirm the driver’s details, vehicle information, and estimated arrival time. 4. Driver Dispatch & Arrival The assigned driver is dispatched well in advance. The driver arrives at the pickup location on time and contacts the customer upon arrival. 5. Smooth & Safe Journey The customer is assisted with boarding, luggage handling, and provided with a comfortable, safe ride. Our drivers follow the best routes to ensure timely travel. 6. Drop-Off & Completion Upon reaching the destination, the driver safely drops off the customer, assists with unloading, and confirms trip completion. Customers may also receive a feedback link or follow-up message for service rating.

5.00We had 2 separate journeys with Brown Hill Chauffeurs recently - Jan, then Feb 2026. Both experiences were excellent & I would engage them again in the future. The 1st was our arrival from Sydney & everything went smoothly. Our driver was friendly & interested in who we were, so the journey time of over an hour went quickly thanks to interesting conversation. The 2nd trip went fine too - another friendly & upbeat driver. I did not shop around for comparison quotes so can’t specifically comment on their rates, but my sense is they are competitive. I would recommend Brown Hill as a reliable chauffeur service in London.
