Upon receiving your reservation, we will promptly contact you to address any inquiries you might have and take note of any specific requirements or preferences you may have. Our Meet and Greet service guarantees a smooth experience upon your arrival, providing assistance at the arrivals area, including help with your luggage. Our standard vehicle for this service is a 7-seater MPV Ford Galaxy, which will be no more than 3 years old. Rest assured, our vehicles undergoes thorough cleaning and sanitization after each journey. We recommend accommodating up to 4 people, ensuring ample space for luggage and maximum comfort. If there are only 1 or 2 small cases, additional passengers can be accommodated. We will reach out to you 48 hours prior to your flight to provide reassurance and confirm details. We meticulously monitor all flights, effortlessly adjusting to any delays that may arise. Upon your arrival, we will promptly get in touch to coordinate a meeting point at the Arrivals Hall. Look for our digital name board displaying your name for easy identification. Enjoy a transparent experience with fixed prices and absolutely no hidden charges. We wholeheartedly pledge to honour your booking without any cancellations or delays. Child seats available upon request.

Armin was an excellent chauffeur. He kept open communication from pick up to drop off. During our journey he also gave us feedback on tourists place to visit during our stay and reassured us of our round trip schedule. I would highly recommend his service again.

Armin was an excellent communicator, reliable and knowledgeable about the area. He was very accomodating, offered to stop for coffee. He was considerate and conversational. This service allowed a much less stressful arrival/departure - it was a relief not to worry about train times and lugging suitcases across cobblestone!

Armin is great! He responded very quickly and kept up a good channel of communication regarding the pick up time and meeting spot. On the day of the pick up, he showed up early and was super helpful in getting us out of Heathrow in a timely manner. He is also very fun to talk to and personable. We would highly recommend Armin for your London transportation needs.

Armin was great. Full stop. On arrival he was easy to find, he was parked where it was easy to get to from the terminal, and he had snacks! Helped cure the weariness from travel. He communicated early and very well before our trip started and before final pick up. He pointed out interesting sites along the way and was just a joy, truly. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Admin was great - he texted us via What’s App to let us know when he was at the airport, and was in close communication, letting us know exactly where to meet him. Ride was smooth and easy, and he gave us great recommendations for our short stay in London, while pointing out landmarks along the way.

After reading all airport transfer reviews from various companies I decided to go with OakLeafs for my family and I'm so glad I did. Immediately after I booked our trip I received a notification through trip advisor from Armin. Confirming my booking and providing me with his cell phone number. Armin followed up about a day before our trip to confirm flight details and to where we are heading. Armin and I were touch after landing and was there ready for us. He was a wealth of knowledge and provided us with tips on what to see and how to get around as he drove us from the airport to the hotel. Our return pick up was just as seamless as the pick up. We were in contact the day prior to our return pick from the hotel to the airport. On the day of departure Armin provided updates on his arrival time. He was there in advance and was patient as we gathered to depart. He even remembered our discussion about teas and provided us with a little tea present at the end. When I come back to London for another visit, I will definitely book with Armin again.
