5.00We enjoyed this trip very much. Heidiland is really for children but scenery there is lovely. Thomas was a very good guide. No complaints.

2.00I took this trip because of Liechtenstein. But the tour spend one hour driving around Zurich, and unexpected tour of Rapperswill. We end up spending only an hour in Lichtenstein which was disappointing. It appears the tour guide interest was to direct us to souvenir shops where he could possibly get percentage for the sale garnered. This trip not recommended if the goal is Lichtenstein. Better just do it yourself, not much difference anyway.

3.00It's an average tour. The guide was okay and a bit hard to understand. Rapperswill could be reached easily from Zurich and the other locations were just average.
Wrong pickup instructions and zero customer support!

1.00Over crowded tour (60 ish people), wrong instructions on the viator ticket voucher (we sat waiting for 30 minutes at bus stop 5 and if I had not messaged the company a couple of minutes before 11am we would have missed the tour!!). Were then told to queue up to check in at a booth that had a long queue and the person that served us was very unfriendly and rude when we asked about where the bus was and there was no apology for giving us the wrong instructions. We then got on a super busy bus and could not sit together despite being probably the first people to arrive for the tour. I messaged the company to say that I was not impressed and got zero response - please dont waste your money booking a tour with a company that clearly doesnt care not care about customer service!

4.00Walter was a good tour guide. Heidiland was fun and it would have been nice to spend a little bit more time there like a half an hour to 45 minutes more
