The entire staff, from check in through the guided tour, was friendly and knowledgeable. Safety is always at the forefront of everything they do, while still providing an exceptional adventure. Jakey and Henry were our guides and there were only four (4) of us in the group. We couldn't have asked for more knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides; they were constantly looking our for our well-being, while sharing their love for the sport.

Fabulous experience with Fox Glacier. We were really impressed with our guide Jody who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and focused on safety. The chopper ride was awesome and our 3 hours on the glacier was a very enjoyable, unique experience.

My husband and I went on the hike with no prior experience or expectations when it came to hiking on ice. The guides were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Within minutes, I felt completely at ease as we began exploring. The guides were highly aware of the constantly changing conditions on the glacier, and at no point was safety compromised. During the hike it was incredible to witness the ice caves, waterfalls, and other hidden features within the glacier. I am very appreciative of the team for creating such a memorable and well-managed experience.

I took my family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children ages 10 and 12. And honestly, this experience was INCREDIBLE!! Blown away by the level of coustomer service all the team had. And from start to finish at no point did we feel rushed. We had Charlie as our tour guide. Charlie was super down to earth, patient, caring and very informative. I'd also like to shout out Will and the gold helicopter pilot we had during our experience on the 9th of April 2026. Both were amazing aswell! 100% well worth the money. Our experience was roughly 5hrs, majority of that time was spent exploring the glacier. Atmosphere simply breath-taking. Highly, highly recommend! 10/10

Had a great day heli hiking on Fox Glacier. Guides were excellent providing a fun and safe experience with knowledge about the glacier. Got to go into several areas of the ice and see different types of ice structures. Fun and safe ride up and down on the helicopters. Clear instruction from the guides and all needed gear provided. We. We’re initially cancelled due to bad weather but they opened up more spots the following day to work us in. Awesome experience!

Amazing! We spent much more time on the glacier than we thought we would and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our adventure. We would HIGHLY recommend this experience for anyone looking for adventure and something completely different than the usual tourist attraction.

The weather forecast is good two days before the event, so it is convenient to make an online booking and confirmation. The journey is led by an experienced leader, picked up by bus to the airport and then reached the glacier. The first time you’ve traveled to New Zealand with a helicopter and a glacier is a lifetime experience. The company offers a waterproof outer layer, pants, wool socks, leather boots and ice nails to make walking on the glacier easy.

Proposed to my now wife up on the glacier. Ladies and 'stretch' at reception were very very helpful, as was every staff member to keep both the proposal secret but still keeping me in the loop of info regarding the proposal. Special shoutout to Campbell and Kyle for organising where, when, how to go about the proposal. All round, despite the proposal, it was a really enjoyable time and would highly recommend it. Yes some activities are expensive, but these guys showed you the value you get with those activities. Good work guys!
