Enjoy a scenic helicopter flight over the Abel Tasman National Park, marveling at the golden sand beaches and blue waterways. Awaroa is inaccessible by road. After landing at Awaroa, you can enjoy lunch at the Lodge and a bush walk to the beach.
After your scenic helicopter flight over the Abel Tasman National Park, you will land at Awaroa. Our pilot will guide you to Awaroa Bay where you can take a walk along the golden sand or go for a swim.

5.00We had a wonderful tour of the coast between Nelson & Abel Tasman, with enough ground time for a short walk on the beach & a light meal at the Awaroa Lodge. Quite a different perspective than when I last hiked the trail many years ago :-) Pilots were professional yet friendly, offering local color commentary & patiently answering questions - would love to return on a future visit!
