Our experience was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodated my friend who's mobility is limited. The mud pool was amazing and the thermal pool afterwards was relaxing. Our skin and hair feel fabulous today.

Excellent 3 hours. We did the full experience, and Zia (tour guide) was his authentic, funny best. Great excursion. The mud treatment and spa was wonderful too. A really great trip.

Great experience well organised. Friendly and helpful staff. We were there a couple of hours. Time in the mud is limited to 20 minutes for health reasons but time in the sulphur isn’t limited. Lovely and clean. Swimming costumes and towels available to rent at 5$each so very reasonable all clean and good quality. Highly recommend.

The mud experience itself was a once in a lifetime opportunity, however the tired surroundings didn’t live up to the high price tag and ‘sausage factory’ set up. The pool was very dated and old, the area to allow the mud to dry was minimal and uninviting. The shower was clogged so water could not free drain. Overall, please spend some tourist money to give a much needed upgrade. The ticket area looks new and clean, but once you’ve paid your money, it’s all downhill. What a shame!
