Our exciting half day program takes guests from the Matic to Kuala Lumpur’s downtown area and the iconic Sultan Abdul Samad Building and Petaling Street, where they enjoy a traditional Hainanese coffee before commencing on a fascinating ‘voyage of discovery’ by cycling. The path leads through a labyrinth of hidden alleyways that connects the new and the old of Kuala Lumpur.
This is ‘secret’ Kuala Lumpur, far from public view where a dark single file passage opens to secret morning junk market only ‘locals go to and unique historical gems. Discover hidden hawker shops, heritage traders and enjoy a refreshing drink at a ‘locals only’ store. Photo opportunities abound as a guide shares not only the history, but daily rituals and regimes that will intrigue and amaze. Getting lost and found again in these hidden alleyways is a truly rewarding and special experience.

We had a great trip. Lena is really good at telling about the city, the culture, the food, etc. Also in a way that our 4 teenage kids think were really excited. We got to see and hear about Kuala Lumpurs origin, mosque, temple, food markets etc.

Biking with Elena was the absolute highlight of our trip to Kuala Lumpur! We did two tours with them – one exploring the city and another venturing out to stunning waterfalls in the countryside. Both experiences were incredible. The bikes were in good condition, making for smooth and enjoyable rides. On our first ride, we rode with Elna. She was wonderful. Her local knowledge of Kulala Lumpur and Malaysia helped us gain a deeper understanding of the city and its culture. Our guide on our second ride through the countryside (I wish I could remember his name!) was fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and a lot of fun to spend the day with. He showed us hidden gems we never would have found on our own and shared fascinating insights about the area. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a unique way to experience KL, I can't recommend Bike with Elena enough!

We have done several bike tours in various cities and we would say that without hesitation thus was the best. Elena knows her stuff and is able to convey the information in a way that keeps your attention. The fact that KL is not the most bike friendly city adds to her skills.

Great time , Elena is very nice , and curious: it allowed us to learn a lot about kuala , history .... She is very knowledgeable and easily answers our questions. This walk allowed us to discover the hinterland of Kuala (what you don’t see when you visit Kuala alone) It allowed us to discover culture, food , history ... we also meet locals who are very smiling . Cycling: no difficulty: Kuala Lumpur is a flat city:) we drive a bit next to cars. In any case: we felt safe! A big thank you to Elena. Excuse that we will gladly do again if we return to Kuala:) Erika and Jb

This was a fantastic was to see the city and we were so happy with our tour. Our guide Young was very friendly and informative. There is only a small amount of riding time with cars on the busy roads, most is back streets.

Awesome trip to the countryside - Elena took us outside the big city and improvised to make the ride possible for our 70+ year old parents. Surprise invite to a farm made it absolutely memorable! Thanks a lot Elena!
