Come with an empty stomach because you will get filled up! Going to Gwangjang Market with a local helps to narrow the overwhelming options of what to order. Tae Seong has excellently chosen the best introduction to Korean street food. You’ll get snacks and desserts that are steamed, fried, griddled, sauced, wrapped, and all delicious. He also shares some insights into Korean life and culture. We were lucky to have a personal tour as the others in our group cancelled. 맛있게 드세요 (enjoy your meal!)

Had a great time. We were very well fed from the beginning of the tour. We couldn’t eat all the food we were given! Taeseong was knowledgeable and taught us some Korean drinking games.

Our host taesong was awesome! We went to seven different food stalls and tried so many things! He knew which vendors had the best version of each thing and got us into a couple of the popular vendors before the lines got long. We had a great time! Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Our host Taeseong was welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. He answered any questions we had and provided historical context for the foods we were eating. We went to seven different stalls and tied about 10 different foods, I lost count! Highly recommend!

Taeseong was the perfect guide! He took all of the stress out of what could be an overwhelming activity! Taeseong anticipated our needs, accommodated dietary restrictions, answered questions and shared a real love of food. He is knowledgeable, a great conversationalist and clearly enjoys his work. I can’t recommend Taeseong enough!

We did the gastronomic tour and it was very enriching! The gastronomic tour, which was carried out with excellence and a lot of relaxation, turned into a tour with a lot of history of the country and personal stories! Highly recommended!!

Taeseong was a fantastic guide around the market. He was able to explain how each street food was made and the ingredients. Tarseong was very easy to talk to and he also explained and shared living in Seoul. The food was amazing and a large variety was shared. Would highly recommend.
