1.00This was a tremendous disappointment and an insult. We showed up early at the appointed place and Cosmo Elmo never showed. We had tapped him beforein five minutes before we were supposed to meet he responded however he never appeared and did not answer his phone. This Toor provider should be de-listed by Tripadvisor.

1.00I booked this tour 2 days in advance for 3 of us. I started feeling concerned when the ticket link didn't work. Had to contact Viator and finally was able to get a "receipt" that said "to be invoiced," even though I had paid. Viator said that was all they could see, as well, so I shouldn't be concerned. No bar code. Then, the tour guide never contacted me in advance, like guides normally do. We showed up 10 minutes early and waited 30 minutes, and the guide never showed up! I tried calling the number that was listed and got a voicemail. I also tried texting. All to no avail, as there was no response. Then when I contracted Viator to ask for a refund, they said they have to ask the company. I don't think I'll book another Viator tour again.

5.00We had a wonderful time on our tour with Circle! She was so kind and accommodating. She reached out beforehand to ask about what we were interested in doing and provided some options. My sister has some mobility difficulties, and Circle was so accommodating of our needs. She made sure we took routes with fewer stairs and went to spaces that were more accessible. Thank you, Circle! Highly recommend this tour!

5.00Cosmo was brilliant full of knowledge and good energy. We got to explore Hong Kong in a leisurely manner and see sites and areas we never would have found on our own. Highly recommend Cosmo and this tour if you want to get a real taste of this vibrant city from a locals perspective. Thank you Cosmo for a wonderful experience and showing us the real Hong Kong!

1.00Tour operator cancelled after confirming and charging my credit card in full. Cancellation was the evening before and now I now have about 3 hours to find a replacement tour for only day we’re in HongKong.
