Safety:
The tours follow carefully planned routes, avoiding busy streets and traffic and riding mainly on bike paths, down Gothic alleyways, through parks and along the beach, so just pedal and enjoy the ride.
Weather:
The tours go out rain or shine. Rain ponchos are provided in wet weather. It's a good idea to bring along some sun protection in the summer and something warm to wear in the spring and fall.
Bikes:
You will love our bikes; they're so fun and easy to ride! They have 3 speeds, wide handlebars, big tires, super-comfortable seats and, of course, bells. Everybody loves bells. Kid bikes are also available on request.

This cycling tour is suitable for all ages and is not the least bit strenuous. You will ride at a relaxed pace, with no hills to conquer, and stops are made every few hundred yards at points of interest to take photos and hear the fascinating history and stories of Barcelona from your excellent guide. You'll have the use of a comfortable and easy-to-ride bike, and gain useful tips and advice about what to do and see while you're visiting Barcelona. The tour begins with a brief introduction to the history of Barcelona before heading to the tour shop to collect the bikes. Some of the sights on the bike tour include: • Placa Sant Jaume • Placa del Rei • La Catedral • La Sagrada Familia • Parc de la Ciutadella • Also Palau de la Musica Catalana, Arc del Triomf, Plaza de Toros Monumental, Vila Olímpica, Barceloneta beach, Port Vell, El Borne, Basilica de la Santa Maria del Mar and more! NOTE: Tour departures in the morning are 4 hours long and include a stop for lunch (cost of lunch not included). Afternoon tour departures are 3.5 hours long and do not include a meal stop.

1.00I think this is one of only two negative reviews I have ever left in my life. I do not like to put negative energy out into the universe or hurt small businesses. However, I do not want others visiting Barcelona to miss out because of this tour. This was one of the most disappointing tours I have ever taken. While our guide was extremely kind, she seemed to have limited knowledge about Barcelona, and we received very little information throughout the experience. I was shocked by how few sites we saw. Our group chose not to go to the Sagrada because it was too hot that day, and we voted not to bike up the hill. However, instead of offering to take us to the main cathedral nearby (or something else), the only alternative she suggested was sitting down for coffee. If the cathedral was not in a bike-friendly area, she could have offered another site — anything that would have given us more of a sense of the city. What’s more, we learned almost nothing about Barcelona’s history or industry. I walked away feeling like I could have learned more from a two-minute YouTube video. We saw so little and learned so little. Again, the tour guide herself was very kind, but I cannot recommend this tour in the slightest. I left feeling extremely disappointed.

5.00Fantastic tour in a nice small group! Alvaro was our guide so we couldn't have been luckier. He's incredibly knowledgeable and very happy to answer any questions. He also provides a QR code link to his website at the end of the tour that provides lots of additional Barcelona tips. Only thing that could enhance the tour would be earpieces so that the guide can either point things out as we cycle or help with directions along the way.

5.00We had a wonderful bike tour through Barcelona with Angie! I went with my older mother and my two young kids, and she did an incredible job catering to everyone’s different skill levels. She was so attentive—especially with the kids—making sure they were safe and included throughout the ride. Angie struck the perfect balance between exploring and learning, sharing so much interesting history and local insight along the way. The route was very manageable and not physically demanding, which made it enjoyable for all ages. It was such a fun, memorable way to see the city—highly recommend!

5.00What a great tour. Angy was amazing. I was able to do the tour with my 6 year old. She was too small to ride by herself but they had an attachment that let me drag her along the tour with me. Yes it was more cardio but I was up for the extra work. So happy I did the tour my daughter was so happy and I loved combining my two favorite things cycling and history. Would definitely recommend! Angy is amazing and a great guide.
