Le Morne Brabant is a mountain of the south-west of Mauritius, on the peninsula of le Morne. Our team has been the first ever guides in 2004 to bring guests from all over the planet on this majestic rock. Declared World Heritage by UNESCO since July 6, 2008, the site is a sanctuary of the runaway slaves who would have committed suicide by jumping off the cliff of the mountain.
Le Morne Brabant is one of the most preserved and wildest mountains of the island. It is habitat to a very large variety of endemic and narrow-endemic species, such as the rare Trochetia Boutoniana, which is our floral emblem.
Some steeper parts of the ascent will require the use of our hands to progress safely towards the top, where we’ll discover the breath-taking views on the west and south-west lagoons and part of of the island !

A passionate security expert guide. We hiked the Morne Braban Paj knows the terrain perfectly well. It takes into account the levels of people. He is concerned for your safety individually. A real knowledge of the path of fauna and flora. A mastery that made us feel confident. His kindness doesn't spoil anything, either. Paj was known and recognized by our travel agent and he did not disappoint us he lives up to his due reputation. Thank you for the great memories of this great hike and thank you for your consideration and professionalism

we made the ascent of Morne Brahant with some apprehension (given our great age🤣) past fifty. But thanks to our guide Theo it was an incredible experience, (Caution! climbing is not easy mixing climbing and climbing). But arrived at the top what a show! and we felt safe thanks to the professionalism and attention of our guide

We did a guided hike up Le Morne Mountain with our guide Paj – and it was an outstanding experience. Paj was excellent: very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly, made sure we felt safe throughout the hike, and shared a lot of interesting insights about the history, culture, and nature of Mauritius along the way. You can really tell he is passionate about what he does. The tour was not only a great physical experience but also very informative. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Mauritius!

We had a great guided sunrise tour. It was not an easy hike but Henri was super patient and the best guide we could have asked for, could not have done it without him! Highly recommend

I knew I wanted to hike le morne and was glad to have chosen to do this with a guide. Theo was invaluable in guiding us safely up and down the mountain and pointing out the endemic flora and fauna along the way! What a trip.

Climbing Le Morne Brabant is an incredible and unique experience with magnificent views of South Mauritius. However, this is not to be taken lightly! Fortunately, we were accompanied by our great guide Paj who made the experience accessible and enjoyable for people very untrained or unsportsmanlike. Given the difficulty we had several people encounter along the way, we clearly made the right choice!
