1.00Photographer was over one hour late - was left standing in the rain waiting on him. Hair, etc was ruined. Photographer had no kit to assist with grooming. Photographer also didn’t seem to have the vaguest idea of what lighting and angles are. All the photos were terrible and unusable. I notified the operator of this, they did nothing, no refund, no reshoot, nothing. What a waste of money.
