A full day adventure on bikes, boats, and trains at two of Japan's must-see destinations. Starting the day on two wheels, experience a thought-provoking and sensitive commentary on the history of Hiroshima's Peace Memorial Park and Castle. From here, take a local train and ferry to Miyajima Island, where you can enjoy the contrast between with the stunning Shinto buildings and lush greenery of the island. Once on the island, you will learn about the culture of the island, explore the sites with your guide, greet the local deer, enjoy a regional lunch (vegetarian options are available but for other dietary requirements please get in touch), and discover the famous Itsukushima Shrine. Return to Hiroshima City in the manner you arrived and get evening recommendations from your neighbourhood guide.

5.00Excellent experience, knowledge & array of stops throughout this bicycle tour. Mymajima Island was a surprise with the Tori Gates, temples, shrines & buddha. Tour guide Awias was great with his knowledge & history of Japan.

5.00What an amazing day cycling through Hiroshima with Awais. Such a lovely and informative guide, he was so knowledgeable about Hiroshima’s past and could not be more accommodating and helpful. Our afternoon at miyajima was well beyond expectations. Such a beautiful shrine and temple and again, Awais was a wonderful guide explaining the history of the island. This was one of the best days we’ve had during our 2 weeks in Japan. Worth every cent I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.
James was amazing, so knowledgeable and we learnt an incredible amount. He was eager to help us understand 10/10

5.00We had a fantastic day with Aimee, she was a fantastic guide. Explained everything really well, and guided us safely on the bikes, and avoided the crowded areas. The food was fantastic, and it was great to support the local crafts. We were lucky to catch the Autumn colours. Thanks so much Aimee.

5.00Very informative and worthwhile tour! Our tour guide, Awais, was very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questioning relating to the atomic bomb and the shrine that we saw. The lunch provided was also quite delicious! You will not regret doing this tour.

5.00We had a fabulous day with Awais seeing the sites of horishima before a delicious lunch a train ride and boat across to the island. We were running late due to a mix up with trains, the group waited for us snd Awais was excellent in his communication to make sure we could make the tour. We had a fantastuc experience and highly recommend
