This tour covers all the must-see spots in Hiroshima in just one day, running from around 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
We basically use public transportations (trains and ferry / NO private car), because we want you to enjoy the local lifestyle here.
Led by a local guide with deep knowledge of Hiroshima’s history during the war, you’ll experience the authentic story firsthand.
A highlight of the tour is Itsukushima Shrine, famous for its stunning torii gate that appears to float on the sea at high tide. This iconic shrine, deeply tied to Japan's Shinto tradition, is one of the country's most beautiful and renowned landmarks.
In addition to visiting Hiroshima’s famous sites, we’ll take you to hidden local spots related to the atomic bombing that are known only to locals—places you won’t find on the internet.
The tour is flexible and can be tailored to your preferences. If there are any other places you'd like to visit, just let us know at any time!

5.00Joe was a great tour guide. He was so personable and knowledgeable about the island and Hiroshima. He had personal stories about Hiroshima that made the experience that much better. He was flexible with the plan. He went above and beyond.

5.00The communicstion with the tour company leading up to the day of the tour was exceptional. We experienced delays on the day of the tour, our doing but the tour company went above and beyond to assist in connecting us with our tour guide, Rena. Rena was great in making sure everything was looked after before leaving on the tour, including lockers for our backpacks. Rena was a knowledgeable guide and because of our tardiness was flexible within the tour schedule by switching to cabs (our cost, our suggestion) instead of trains which shortened travel time. Found us a great restaurant for lunch and during our travels made suggestions that allowed us to sample Japanese cuisine. Would not hesitate in booking another tour with this company and would happily have Rena as a guide.

5.00Our tour of Hiroshima was an unforgettable experience, thanks to our incredible guide, Yuta. He navigated the heavy history of the Atomic Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial Park with immense grace and respect, providing deep historical context that brought the stories to life in a way a guidebook simply can't. What truly made the day special was that Yuta took us off the beaten path to some lesser-known, serene areas that were absolutely breathtaking. Seeing these quiet, beautiful spots away from the main tourist crowds provided the perfect space for reflection. If you want a guide who is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and knows the hidden gems of the city, we can't recommend Yuta enoug

5.00We had a great day with Minori seeing the sights of Hiroshima. Minori was very sensitive to our needs, including finding a great vegan restaurant for us to eat at. She was very flexible, patient and friendly and very engaged with our son. With her expert guidance we saw vastly more than we could have in one day on our own . we would highly recommend Minori and hope to do another tour with her when we return to Hiroshima. My

5.00My teen boys, and husband all agreed that this tour was one of the highlights of our trip! We took several tours (all group) and this private tour was outstanding! The ability to be able to ask as many questions as we wanted, modify the itinerary based on our interests and learn from our guide Minori was priceless! 1000/10 would recommend this to anyone considering it.

5.00We met Yuta for an all day Hiroshima tour. It was definitely one of our top highlights of our 2 week trip to Japan. Yuta met us at the train station as we traveled from Kyoto. He was very knowledgeable and had us engaged and interested from the beginning. We really like the balanced approach of seeing many different areas of Hiroshima. We learned so much about the people, history and culture. We highly recommend this tour with Yuta.
